It was very easy to do

I ordered items that arrived without pieces and one was damaged absolutely disgusting customer service still waiting for missing parts and replacement also one part of order missing and still not delivered this is 6weeks ago

Can't get hold of this company to quirey about my account Brought a pair of Boots a year ago for about £65 been paying £5 a month for 11 months which is £55 but they are saying I still owe £60 can't speak to anyone so these £65 boots have cost a fortune

Absolute disgrace purchased a table the glass table top come off and damaged my foot however they have lied on numerous occasions gave me false information regarding there insured details and ignored my emails .

The only issue that puzzles me is when you owe money on your balance and your making monthly payments as normal then you order a item and your item gets cancelled after receiving information from them because they did internal checks when you placed your order even though there was enough money on the account then you order a couple of items which you needed and you receive them no problem with it

I agree with the previous writer, what a shocking company to deal with. There customer service was non existent. We sent 3 emails all of which were ignored. Never again will we consider dealing with this company.

Bought from this company for years with no problem, then they started making you print your own labels. This doesn't work as it refuses to accept any of the details put in, phone them up and tell me no longer use Royal Mail. I was going to return it by them at my own expense, was told they don't use them now.
Evri never leave a receipt so there is no proof a thing was ever even collected. Utterly abysmal. Had to ask for a label to be sent to me, was told this would be 7 to 10 days. What a complete farce and a disgrace. Will be closing account and never buying from them again. Gone to the dogs.

I very dissatisfied with this company. Bought a dress. Sizing all wrong. Sent it back. No sign of my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Misleading Discount Offer – Very Disappointed

I was offered £30 off goods if purchased before midnight on July 16th. I tried unsuccessfully to apply this discount at checkout. I was assured it would be reflected on my next statement — but when the statement arrived, there was no discount and I was charged the full amount.

When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and offered no resolution. I have decided to return the items and close my account.

I love a Joules dress and have clicked on it on online Ambrose Wilson site, plus other items, for 2 days now and told each time to reload the item page… when I do so I get same message over and over. I’ve tried on phone and iPad and same result! 😤

Great purchase fits well

Terrible service and website tried to order multiple times, can’t access payment without an account which isn’t a problem however their system is very poor after entering multiple times doesn’t recognise address and it’s very frustrating.

Contact customer service no response to help

Went paperless for my monthly statements but had no email to say when to pay. On checking my account have missed payment day and have been charged a £12 charge. On contacting them no refund coming my way. Money grabbing company. I will not be a customer much longer for their overpriced goods and poor customer service.

Dealing with customer service was mot easy.
Sent 3 emails, no rely, went onto chat first said they would pass issue to correct team and they would contact me, didn't. Second chat was disconnected have way through. Third chat nothing resolved.

Tried to pay with my card said it had failed so had go out come in again try and pay again went though this time have no idea why payment didn't go though the first time

It's just so easy to make the payments through your system. It's foolproof. Well done Ambose Wilson for making it so easy for an oldie like me to be able to do it.
