Extremely easy site to use

Tried to apply a code, told did not not recognise it. I had the correct amount to get the offer which was applied about 15 minutes after getting the code by email.

Easy to order with. Good quality clothing so the items i received i kept ( does seem easy to return though )
Overall good impression of the company so far.

Harassing people for payment that’s still not due for another 10 days 😡

There is never enough information when we pay, one minute I had a late charge 2 days later I never and may I ad 7.98 I pay they charged me extra 12.00 a time. Never again willing shop with this company as its always the same horrible obnoxious woman and it's the same one. Never again.

Very poor customer service, zero understanding or attempt to assist. Such a shame as the order process is simple but don't think I will continue to use this.

I ordered the Antonia Space Save Dining Set back in March. The item then was recalled due to safety concerns so I took the table apart and it’s been sat in my house waiting for the collection. Weeks went by and I kept getting weekly updates on this. Finally got an email to arrange a collection, filled out the online form for this. The company they’ve chosen to use didn’t send any confirmation emails (yes I checked my spam) and don’t reply to emails. So still stuck with the table and still I have no refund. Safe to say I’m not very happy after waiting weeks for them to sort it out.

Ordered an iPhone 18 Pro Max from them as they were one of the only places still with stock. They cancelled my order the following morning with no explanation other than to check card details.

Contacted customer support and they tell me they can't tell me why my order was cancelled but that I should check my credit file and that would explain why. I ordered by credit card and didn't open a finance account with them so they ran the credit check without my permission.

All customer support would do is escalate my query to be responded to within 5 working days.

TERRIBLE customer service. I would go as far as saying the worst I've ever experienced, and it has had a really negative impact on my mental health. It doesn't matter if the items they sell are good. If they don't offer decent after sales then they shouldn't be selling. I would award negative stars if it was an option.

Easy to use easy to pay

Save your money, stayed in for two days so far as been told my parcel was out for delivery to be given 2 different times per day and still no parcel ( they use Evri....yes Evri).

It was so easy to make a payment,loving the online website too,very easy to go around and find what i need.
