Excellent service

First of all I tried to sign into my account. You kept saying my details were wrong like my passcode. My password was not wrong, but you kept saying it was wrong. I asked 10 times for password assistance and you haven’t sent me one password assistance email, secondly you offered me a credit account, so I said okay I’ll have a small credit limit, I put a £90 order in and you’ve asked me for my ID,proof of address, bills et cetera, upload a photo pass from the council, not good enough, then all my bills, my online bills aren’t good enough. I don’t have paper bills, I am trying to be environmentally friendly, so all my statements are on a line, and as you’re obviously not an environmentally friendly company, I choose to withdraw my application for a credit account. I don’t deal with people that aren’t trying to help the planet, but you want me to have paper in my house ?err, no why would I have paper, when I can have all my stuff online, this day and age? I don’t get bills sent to my house anymore, and you won’t let me add a screenshot of my bills

Someone set up an account in my name using my details. Parcels arrived which is never ordered because it wasn't my account. No due diligence or security at all, breaching GDPR guidelines. The person ran up several hundred pounds of debt by having more expensive items delivered to a parcel shop. I suspect this company is all part of the fraud, they have a "fraud dept" who do nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are just a good company to work with

Easy to navigate

They give you a credit limit. Have you complete the credit forms. Start sending you products you've ordered and correspondence saying your account is set up and your credit limit account. Then when you order something within your credit limit they don't like they turn around and take away your credit limit and cancel your order saying your credit isn't good enough.
