This delivery company failed every single step of the way. Fridge was ordered six weeks out with a predetermined delivery date, yet they tried to deliver every single week in between and I had to call each time and tell them the correct date. When the correct date arrived, I was told that delivery dates are subject to change and that they would not be able to deliver my fridge on the day that we were moving in, even though I was told several times that I would be able to receive it on the day it was scheduled. Despite a dozen calls, I continued to get different answers, never get resolution, and ended up having to spend $400 out-of-pocket just to have a temporary fridge when we moved into our new home. I reached out to a supervisor and requested some sort of restitution or credit back for the fridge that we had to purchase, but was denied within 24 hours. They did absolutely nothing rectify the situation at any step of the process. This company is absolutely horribly run, embarrassingly so. If you are ordering furniture or appliances from someone who uses them as the delivery company, I would strongly reconsider.

I’ve had many issues with your service AM Home delivery yet no one responds. I am a single parent who works away from home. The service only schedules deliveries at times when I am not home to accept the refrigerator. If they refuse to accommodate my schedule I will need to return it. 

The delivery company is not responsive and I will not let them drop ship.

I have given dates and times when I can be home to accept delivery yet they repeatedly attempt to schedule delivery at times when I have already said I’m not available. 

I’ve now had asked Wine Enthusiast to Please help or provide refund and cancel

AM Home Delivery has had my package for weeks and has not reached out to schedule a delivery date. After contacting them for a delivery date I was told my package would be delivered on May 27th (Wednesday, a day that I am at home). I contacted them again after sitting around all day waiting for the package that never arrived and was told that that date was tentative and now is was due to be shipped to me a week later June 2nd (a Tuesday and a day that I am NOT home). A delivery inspection is required upon receiving the package. Tentative date? No one mentioned any “tentative” delivery date and no one reached out to me to tell me that I was wasting my day by sitting around for a package that would never arrive. I called to complain and was angry. I was told that I would be contacted with a new delivery date and have not heard anything in the last week. At this point it seems as though AM Home Delivery has stolen my package.

ZERO stars if possible. My $2000 item has been sitting at the Delivery terminal in Burnsville MN for 1.5 weeks while they are "working on a route" or so they say. They have no Idea what they are even doing. I was more than fair by waiting a week for them to figure it out, but now I'm losing my patience. Every time I call I get someone different who gives me completely different information on expected delivery date. I ordered this item almost a month ago and this has been the slowest, most unprofessional, and unorganized LTL Carrier I have EVER encountered, and I receive in LTL shipments at my work DAILY. If I were to ever choose a carrier, I would NEVER choose this one. I'm to the point were I'm getting ready to report them for holding my shipment hostage and calling the attorney general to file a complaint and report them to the shipper and file dispute charges or request my item to be reshipped with another carrier. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered, I have no clue how they are even in business still. Every testimony on their site is fraudulent and manufactured.

1 of the 3 items to deliver was damaged. No paperwork was left to document the delivery. Neither worker spoke english. Packing debris was left in driveway.

This is an aweful company, they charged me for installation services then broke the furniture they were delivering and hid the damage to get a signature. Then lied about working to resolves the issue. This company is garbage and I won’t buy from anyone who uses them to deliver again.

my dishwasher has been at their distribution center for a month now, with multiple missed appointments etc. after being told 3 days ago that it would be delivered today, they pushed it out again another week. Home Depot needs to choose a more reliable final leg logistics partner, these people are beyond hope. If I could have given ZERO stars I would

The worst delivery service I've ever seen. I've traveled all over the world in the military and dealt with moving companies. I ordered a dryer and my delivery window was 530pm to 930pm. The driver called me at 9pm and asked if they could bring my dryer at 6am the next morning. I stated no and I've still not gotten an update on my delivery. Its been almost a week. Unsatisfactory

My item has not been delivered and no one has reached out with an update. It's been a month. I've called a few times and no one is able to provide an explanation. I purchased an item from AFA stores, they need to select a better trucking delivery services. I do not recommend AM Home Delivery or AFA stores.

They will schedule you for delivery, harass you to confirm, and then cancel and reschedule at the last minute with no heads up until the next time they want you to confirm.

Their drivers damaged a very expensive piece of furniture while delivering my appliances. They also broke a limited edition item that I cannot easily replace.

Their whole claim system is a joke. They do not process claims and do not respond to communications. Do not ever do business with this company. They have no care for your property and will not cover damages if they break something and will also leave trash behind in your home.

This company is horrible and has the absolute worst customer service. People don't listen, and lie. I would recommend never using this company unless you want to be disappointed and upset that they did not do what they said they would do.

Asked the guys to put cardboard down to prevent scratching the floor. Left a 10 inch scratch in brand new hardwood. I pointed it out before they left and they put me on the phone with a women who tells me based on the picture the scratch was already there. Zero stars do not use this company

The first delivery attempt from this company they didn't bring a dolly big enough to move the fridge and they didn't bring a third man so they made us take off work and come home and sit there for 4 hours only to be told they couldn't move it. I didn't hear from them again for more than a week so I finally called them and said hey what's going on you still have our fridge when are you going to deliver. They scheduled another delivery for a week out gave us another giant 4-Hour window and halfway through it I go hey let me call these guys and see why they're not here and they tell me the third person they needed to move the fridge called in sick at 5:00 p.m. and now they're rescheduling again. Don't bother.

Just had a 48” refrigerator delivered after one month of waiting for the delivery. The guys left all of the trash and box in my driveway when we paid for white glove delivery plus extra for the 4 man team. Very disappointed .

Hope y’all not getting anything delivered by these guys it never show up these people should be put out of business it’s a shame I’m just a hour and half from there terminal and my stuff has been there for 2 weeks and I had to go and pick it up my self get real people

Customer service could not be worse. No elaboration on scheduling and no effort to look into updates regarding scheduling, time frame, or re deliveries. Awful experience on various occasions.

The worst. First time they scheduled did not say they needed a signature. We live in secure area and were around most of day and figured if they came and delivered we would be home soon to bring package inside. They came and left because needed signature. I called to reschedule (20 min on hold waiting to speak with person) and told them i would be out of town and only deliver after certain date. They then try to deliver while I’m out of town. I call back (another 20 min on hold) speak with someone again and reschedule. They call me back to leave voice mail that says scheduled for 27th between 3:30-7:30pm call us back if need to reschedule. I take off work and sit at home to make sure not to miss deliver this time. They dont show. No call/no show. Now I’m mad and ai call them again (20min on hold) they say that i didn’t confirm the delivery time. This whole experience has awful. Please be aware and dont use this company until they get their act together.

Terrible experience as so many have had. I am not sure why the NY-based appliance vendor does business through them. On 3/17 I waited for hours just to be told late in the evening by phone they couldn't deliver because their truck broke down. I would hear from them - never did unless you consider a txt message a proactive hearing back earlier today, 3/19. I waited again for an hour into my window, and called them to inquiry, and would you believe it? "...we can't deliver today because our truck broke down". How on earth can their trucks break down concidentially twice in as many days?

Pathetic company, shouldn't be in business.

This is the worst delivery company ever!! Their drivers do not care about anything, leaving my door wide open when I have cats, even while the door didn’t need to be open. They were late on my delivery, my items sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks. Then they leave ALL the garbage in my front yard from the appliances and said oh we don’t take garbage, that’s your responsibility. I have had everything in my home delivered and every other company took the garbage. This company is the worst and I will never use another company who uses AM to do the delivery!!
