Speedy work!
We had a flood at our rental house with renters in it. We needed a new floor right away. Anderson quickly accommodated us and installed a nice floor for us. This is the third floor we've chosen them to do for us. We highly recommend them.

Great staff and quality carpet
The sales people at Anderson Carpet were so helpful.
Purchasing a carpet is a big decision and they were patient and informative as I made my choice. The carpets I bought were excellent quality and the men who delivered them were wonderful.
I bought my first carpets from Anderson 13 years ago.
This summer I needed some additional carpets.
I have looked around at other stores, but have always bought from Anderson in the end and have always been happy with my purchases.

Anderson product knowledge
Salesperson was pleasant but lacking in product knowledge. She recommended Cortec flooring for our new 3-season room. Our order was placed and the flooring was delivered on time. Upon reading the care sheet, we learned that the flooring should not be exposed to temperatures below 32 degrees. Because our contractor was doing the installation, it was not returnable. How much fault should we share for having trusted the salesperson?

Tremendous service
I told them what I wanted to look like and they came up with the perfect product. Then they did a superior installation. We are very pleased with them.

Not Very Happy
If you purchase from Anderson and hire them to install, installation was ok. If you purchase from Anderson, hire their installer, independently, they will not take responsibility for a defect in the carpeting AND they don't tell you this at the time of purchase. So I'm stuck with dye stains on my carpeting, and all they do is refer me to the manufacturer. What is even more absurd is that I initially told them I would hire an installer, he informed me that he couldn't do the job, so I called Anderson and asked them to install, but they consider this "hiring my own installer."
I would purchase elsewhere.

We fully guarantee all of our installations and handling claims, if need be, is one of the many reasons why hiring a full-service firm is in the customer's best interest. When a customer purchases special order material from our store, Carpet One policy is that material is paid in full and non-refundable and the customer and his/her designated outside installer assumes responsibility for inspecting upon receipt his/her goods. Manufacturers will not honor claims against defects if the material was installed (industry-wide policy). Refer to Joy Carpet policy: http://www.joycarpets.com/images/uploads/specs_warranty/Installation_Instructions_-_Patterned_Broadloom.pdf. If you had hired us full service, we would be the responsible party for missing the defect prior to installation and would have replaced the material and eaten the cost. However, as you stated, you hired an outside contractor who did not represent our company during your installation. Please refer to the attached Carpet One policies: http://www.carpetone.com/policy. We are very sorry for your experience and would love the opportunity to earn your full service business in the future.
Flooring & Installation
We had hardwood flooring installed in living room. We are very pleased with quality of flooring and excellent installation.
We also had linoleum installed in bathroom. The flooring is very difficult to clean. The installation was extremely poor. Many bumps, demarcations and uneveness due to grout type leveler that was placed underneath to supposedly make the floor smooth.

Very Satisfied
We needed carpet for two bedrooms, & decided to see what Anderson Carpet had to offer. The staff in the store was extremely helpful without being pushy, & we were allowed to check out several samples to see how they looked.
Once we decided what we wanted the staff again was very helpful & accommodating, all the way through the installation process, & made doing business with them very pleasurable.
We would recommend them highly.

Great service
I could not have asked f o r better service. They even re-stretched carpet in another area of our house. Our new bedroom carpet is two years old and shows no sign of wear.
