Geat product my last one lasted 25 years (used 20-30x every day!) and was still going well but some building debris and tar from the ceiling ruined it. New one looks fab and is the most versatile of all flexi lamps I have seen. We use it at work when we examine eyes and bring the anglepoise to ask patients to read....

The speed of the process was really good , there was superb communication, and when the lamp was returned it looked fantastic.

I needed a replacement grub screw, as the one on the arm of my lamp had worked loose without me realising. I emailed to ask for a replacement and got one quickly in the post, free of charge. Excellent service.

Had a question regarding a wall mount attachment and it was promptly answered with the Chat function in under 5 minutes. Excellent customer service - thank you!

Thirty years of use in various offices was tolerable.

But being on all week as part of a gallery lighting plan was too much.

The socket went phut flash and was fused solid - wrecked.

Thankfully these guys sorted it all in about ten days.

New socket fitted and re wired beautifully.

Collected and returned very efficiently.

Backed up by excellent customer service so we knew what was what.

A sad accident with my "vintage" Type 3 lamp resulted in the fork being broken. This part is no longer available but discussions with "Flora" confirmed my suspicion's/hope's that a Type 75 part would fit. The part was ordered, very reasonable price for part and postage, it was dispatched promptly, part arrived and now fitted. Illumination, and tranquility has returned to our house. Moral of story don't drag Anglepoise lamp off shelf in the hope that it will reach 5 foot into room!

Online chat function was great with answers regarding a bulb query with links to correct sections speedily delivered.

Had a problem with a broken mini usb connection on my Compact 90 mini mini lamp. Solution was a new base which was ordered and promptly shipped. Lamp now works perfectly again. Thank you Anglepoise customer service.

I've had many lamps over the years, but this is undoubtedly the best. Stylish to look at, works well and is incredibly adjustable. The switch being in the head of the lamp is a fantastic feature - normally you have to find the cable and feel along it for a switch, but this one is so easy to access. Speedy delivery and really solid packaging were a bonus.

Ordered two lamps, both received next day. One lamp had an issue with the o-rings, but issue quickly resolved after a brief chat with Flora.

I was looking for my dads old model 75 anglepoise lamp to be rewired and found Anglepoise. It was so straightforward with them sending all the packaging with clear instructions on what to do. The lamp was collected from the house and Flora was really helpful with any queries and updates. The lamp was returned, looks fantastic and is back to working order once again.

Fantastic service, of the kind you don't get very often - very helpful throughout with my lamp: explained how I should send it back for repair, and when DPD lost it, they gave me a replacement. Which was more than I would have asked for, as it wasn't their fault.

They responded and kept in touch (which is rare nowadays) and sorted out minor issues regarding cable tidies and articulation of the main unit.
All in reasonable time.

Superb service, as I would expect. My 50 year old Anglepoise had packed up, but the rewire has completely resurrected it. Excellent collect and delivery swervice. Flora at Anglepoise kept me posted throughout. Very pleased.
