We bought one of the mini anglepoise about a month ago and in trying to switch it on accidentally broke the head switch! Rang anglepoise fully expecting to pay for a replacement but Emma who answered the phone found us a (hard to get) kelp coloured replacement in about 20 mins. Excellent service all round! It pays to buy from a quality company sometimes and this is one of those times.

I don't usually respond to requests for reviews but on this occasion I think Anglepoise deserve one. I have an Anglepoise light that is over 25 years old and it is not possible to buy the fluorescent bulb that it needs. I called Anglepoise support and the phone was answered, without an endless hold and series of hold music, and Gwyn send me an email with all the details for replacement LED bulb plus the modification required for the power supply (basically remove the old transformer).

Dear Sirs, This is a design classic desk lamp, that I have always wanted, and i have not been disappointed, but there is one major problem & one minor problem with my lamp. The mains cable is far too stiff, and the mains switch is upside down, I could send you a photo of this.
The supplied LED lamp is warm white, which is the colour of the old incandescent lamps, but today most people now have either 'cool white' or 'day light' for their lighting, which gives a far better illumination, and a more realistic colour rendering.

The Anglepoise lamp is a finely-crafted product and a joy to own. I have bought several and my order is always efficiently processed and the delivery prompt. There has been one occasion when a lamp arrived slightly damaged, but contacting customer service ensured a fully satisfactory outcome. So, no complaints, and at my now advanced stage of life I am fully confident that Anglepoise will see me out!

Fantastic rewiring service from Anglepoise. They even let me send my own cable as I wanted a different colour than the black they offer. Communication was fantastic .Collection and delivery was included in the price and they even sent a specially designed box to pack my lamp in which meant it was properly protected. Very happy with the service from Anglepoise. Wonderful to be able to give an old lamp a new life too!

My father had an original Anglepoise in cream, which I kept for years, but eventually became just too bashed to keep, due to much use and many moves.
Delighted with my new grey version - love it looks-wise and of course for it's marvellous practicality. Am a designer and absolutely need the best light over my desk area, with no annoying shadows.

Bought a 'Type 75' Anglepoise (Paul Smith edition 1 Desk Lamp) and absolutely love it! The colours are immensely fun and it's timeless. It almost feels like a work of art it's so cool. It also feels suitably heavy, that you know you've purchased a great quality piece of design.

Since 2020 (I believe) Anglepoise has provided a lifetime guarantee on their lamps (so long as you register the warranty directly with Anglepoise). This was an added bonus I didn't realise existed when I purchased the lamp.

This company restored an old 1227 I sent them, and it came back in perfect condition. I was even sent a custom made box to send it to them in. The entire process was absolutely painless, and I was delighted with the resulting restoration.
I phoned them today, trying to source springs for another 1227 I have, and Maria was extremely helpful. A delightful company to do business with, and I highly recommend them to anyone with an Anglepoise lamp that needs repair.

Whilst installing three beautiful Anglepoise lights above our kitchen counter in our new house in the Netherlands we had a rather urgent question about how to work the moving arms. We had contact by phone, shared a video by mail and had our answers within the hour. Great service!

There is nothing quite like owning an Anglepoise, it will be your steady light forever, they will not fail you. A must for anyone who loves simply the best of anything >> these lamps will elevate any room and become a design focal point or blend in > it’s magical in that way. I’ve had many and can’t live without one. Customer service should you need it, you probably won’t, is exceptional.

Everyone knows Anglepoise makes amazing lamps, so I don’t need to mention the unbeatable quality of their products. But what really impressed me was their customer service. I had a couple of questions after buying, and each time they got back to me within minutes!
