I am fortunate enough to have a few Anglepoise products, and I am always happy to unpack them, see and feel the quality and feel happy about having them.

Kit as sent was fine, but I suggest that you enclose tips on the best way to fit it all, like how to feed the new cable in, order of assembly etc.

The switches arrived relatively quickly and have been fitted. Job done. Thank you.

Excellent products and service

I found the website very appealing and also easy to purchase from, also had some great instant help using the chat where I could speak with a real person in real tine.
I ordered the Type 75 desk lamp Margaret Howell Edition, and it was delivered quickly and was kept up to date throughout, but was on time and was well packaged.
I am really happy with the purchase itself, the lamp is not only really stylish but is very high quality both in form and function.
What tops this off is that as a new customer I had a welcome 10% discount which I was really happy with. However, only two days later a spring sale offer launched meaning I had only just missed out on a 20% saving. I co tasted the team on live chat, notable mention here to Flora, for her help. After explaining the situation Flora immediately said she would honour the additional 10% saving.
In my eyes this is exceptional customer service and really made my day. I can’t recommend their products enough and will be buying again to furnish my office space.

Knowledgeable staff, short phone queues, and in general excellent customer service.

After dhl refused to deliver my Anglepoise order and instead abandoned it somewhere , the team at Anglepoise (Flora) arranged for an actual delivery company to deliver my beautiful floor lamp to my actual address.
Very helpful, very patient and understanding and very professional.

My first purchase of an Anglepoise lamp and I am delighted. It is absolutely stunning.
Highly recommended.

Product is pure classic design and quality, 1227 original desk lamp, prompt delivery. They picked up I had placed two orders in error and phoned me to check ,my fault, they refunded immediately . I have now placed a second order as soon as impressed with the quality I now do want a second one/ matching pair :-)
