I reached out to Anglepoise after my lamp broke during a transport, just hoping there might be a way to replace the broken part.

Emma went above and beyond - she helped me work out the exact colour match for my older lamp, tracked down the right replacement, and sent it out. She was incredibly helpful throughout.

I’m honestly just very grateful. This is customer service at its best.

I was looking for help in using my Anglepoise refurbishment kit for a mid-century lamp.
Maria at Anglepoise helped solve the particular problem of threading the new wire very simply, and was a pleasure to chat with.

The lamp is beautiful and as well built as I expected. It is solid and has a nice heavy base. The joints for positioning it work better than any previous lamp I've owned.

So I wanted a Paul Smith Anglepoise Lamp. Checked all the major retailers, Heals, John Lewis ect but decided on a whim to search for the company to see if they sold the light directly. They did - the price was good and the service fantastic. I received my lamp two days after ordering! They use a decent courier (DPD) the packaging is sustainable and robust and the lamp is beautiful. So happy I bought directly from Anglepoise. I am delighted with my purchase.

I have had an exceptional customer service experience with Flora at Anglepoise over the last few weeks. My lamp has stopped working and although purchased at John Lewis, I couldn’t find the receipt without trailing through hundreds of online orders. They advised me to contact Anglepoise direct which I did and Flora talked me through possible scenarios including suggesting the fuse had blown.
In the end she sent me a label to send it to them warning me that because of the Christmas period it would take a little longer than usual. I received my lamp back today and she was right. It had been the fuse. In addition, they enclosed a new boxed bulb.
I am so impressed! We have a total of four Anglepoise lamps in our house and it is wonderful to find a company that does what they say they will do with regard to customer service and preserving the life of their excellent products. Thank you Flora.

I have now bought five anglepoise lamps. Im a big reader and these lamps are the only ones that mean I can see my book wherever I sit in my room. Its been a revelation to be able to adjust the light without any fuss at all. The lamps respond to the lightest touch move and then remain in place.
Plus they look appropriate because they are designed carefully.
I had the misfortune of having a lamp arrive without the springs which travel separately. I contacted anglepoise to ask which product I needed to buy and they just said its fine we will post it and sorry it wasn't there.
Prompt, polite and effective. 5 star service. In future I'm going to buy direct from them, I advise everyone to do this.
Don't worry about assembly by the way, anglepoise are the opposite of ikea! Its so easy to put the lamps together, its intuitive you dont even need the instructions!

My most recent purchase arrived without the cable clips, I contacted customer services and after a quick and polite chat, replacements arrived the next day.

I purchased my first Anglepoise lamp (floor standing) and took advantage of the 10% “first order” discount for signing up to the newsletter. For whatever reason, the discount applied was only ~8%. I left a texted message and Emma resolved the problem within the hour. Excellent customer service and I’m looking forward to the lamp arriving. It probably wont be the last one I order!

Spoke with Emma. I have a 15 year old lamp and I lost the grub screw that connects the base to the stem. She helped me identify my lamp model, point me to the spare parts and they arrived within 48 hours. Amazing experience and perfect interaction.

I bought a vintage 1227 Anglepoise lamp that needed rewiring so I made use of the Anglepoise rewiring service which I discovered after a quick search online. I got a response the next day from Flora she was extremely helpful and very enthusiastic about her job.

The lamp was collected by a courier within a couple of days of my initial enquiry, this was all part of the service and was arranged by Anglepoise I didn’t have to do anything.

It was returned to me about a month later, the quality of the work is exceptional the technician even replaced a part that was missing that I hadn’t noticed.

The lamp now works perfectly and looks fantastic, I can’t fault the service I received, I am very impressed

I have a pair matching 90 mini mini lamps, one of which had developed a fault. First time any of my lights by Anglepoise had become faulty. The support team sent me simple instructions which had the item working again in minutes. So really happy with the experience as I am obsolete colour and I was dreading replacing the pair.
