I had a problem with a delivery. I ordered two lamps at another Shop and Anglepoise Deals with the problem Like I ordered they by them. I am grateful, tha Maria (my E-Mail contact), now sent me the missing parts (O-Ring and pole-clips).

I've had an Anglepoise lamp for 50 years, but I had to replace it recently. I was pleased to see that my new lamp was almost the same as my old one. If it lasts as long, it will outlive me, so I will have to gift it to my family!

It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Yesterday I called Anglepoise to enquire about one of their lamps. I spoke to a lady called Maria who was super friendly and helpful. Not only did she answer my enquiry but within 15 minutes she had also sent me a detailed response by email as promised. I know it’s probably not such a big deal. But you can’t always be sure of positive experiences when you call a customer service department. So to find one that does what they promise to do is a strong representation of the sort of business you’re dealing with. Now all I need to do is hope my new lamp arrives swiftly!!!?!…

I own two 1227 desk lamps and recently purchased a set of replacement springs the lights are really well put together and add presents to any room, very satistfyed

The delivery driver STOLE the lamp that I had PAID for! DON'T use DPD because they employ THIEVES!!!

Hi end products. We will be buying more from Anglepoise for our bedroom. Secure packaging and excellent quality. Highly recommend. We purchased the original 1227 mini desk lamp which is quite large and more than ample size for a desk and an original 1227 midi light pendant - both in black. Both are exceptionally well made. Purchased the recommended bulbs and they give out a great light output. We are thrilled to bits.

I made contact with customer service and the agent (Maria) went to great lengths to help me find a repair option for an elderly and disabled friend who had broken a part of her light. Anglepoise lights might be expensive but their customer service is superb and a lesson to other manufacturers.

Used the online help advisor as I had a fault with my anglepoise. Very helpful and sending a replacement part.

I needed a replacement switch for my Anglepoise lamp. It was easy to find one on the website. I also had a "chat" online and the company was responsive. Instructions on how to replace the switch would have been a bonus but I was able to work it out quite easily

I thought my mini anglepoise had stopped working. When I rang and spoke to Marie I had a very helpful and comprehensive guide on what the problem might be and how to check the light. The problem was solved with no need for spares or replacements. Very satisfying.
