I raised a number of questions ranging from colour to colour temperature of the light bulbs supplied. They were answered quickly and efficiently. Really helpful and friendly.

I recently contacted Anglepoise customer support regarding an issue with my lamp. The communication was clear and very quick. Since spare parts were not available, they immediately arranged a replacement, which I greatly appreciated. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I have an anglepoise from the 1970s which had recently given up the ghost. I was so happy to find that it could be fully rewired / repaired.

The process was really easy. And my my lamp came back in full working order. Yes, it did change the aesthetic slightly, eg a new black switch where a white one used to be, but I don't care. Really really happy.

I was unsure of the way to get my Anglepoise 1227 re-wired. I contacted Anglepoise and chatted with Tracy. She was very helpful and I have now ordered the rewire service. It was very simple and I have now begun the process. Further updates will be forwarded as the service progresses.

I have an old Anglepoise that is past its sell by date by over 30 years. I was looking for advice on upgrading it. Got a great response and now I have a fully functional 98PL that was a bit limp.

Neat well made lamps. Great for reading in bed. My only disappointment was the buttermilk colour which is browner than anticioated.

I bought a traditional Anglepoise lamp and I have found it really excellent. It is actually better than I hoped it would be and gives the bright light that I need for reading. It came very well transported in a box within a box and is in excellent condition with an amazing and unique lifetime warrant for repair. It was very easy to put together and it is an amazing lamp from a first class company.

They were helpful in answering my question and my lamp arrived on time! Duch wonderful lamps!
