I have a much loved Anglepoise bought by my parents for me in 1974, It has been my trusty lamp for years and now resides on my bedside table. Sadly last year the switch failed -yes 50years later! For Anglepoise no problem a complete rewire and it is a good as new!

When I spoke to Anglepoise, the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. She emailed me information on how to send my item back to them for repair. The young lady kept in touch with me informing me what needed to be done. 4 to 5 days later, she informed me that the item could now be returned to me repaired to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the service and speedy repair.

Purchased two 1227 mini desk lamps 3 years ago, unfortunately one of them started to fail developing a loose connection in the inline switch resulting in very bad flicker. When purchased I didn’t register them so no lifetime guarantee. I contacted Anglepoise for advice but in the meantime bought a new switch (£7.95) from their website as I thought it would be cheaper to have a go myself. The original switch had to be snapped off as there were no screws. I was shocked at the cheapness of this switch, no screws just thin metal clamps holding the electrical wires in place. The replacement switch was much better quality and with the wires securely screwed down the lamp was fixed. The housing had screws to open it so can be serviced in the future. Customer services were quick to respond even though they didn’t actually have to do anything.

The order arrived promptly and I’m good order. The problem was that the springs were advertised as working with model 90, but not working with mine.

Lamp arrived, as ordered, and exactly matched a previous purchase.from some years afo. That speaks of consistency - why change style and form when it works so well? The bulb was included along with instructions. Anglepoise lamps are all about functional simplicity and beauty - what is not to like?

Amazing service, price and product. I wanted an anglepoise desk lamp for my son to take to Uni. And something that would last him for years. Having discovered the Paul Smith collaboration I was thrilled to buy one direct from Anglepoise and a brilliant price. When I asked how long delivery would likely be I got a quick response and the lamp turned up a couple of days later via DPD. My son is thrilled with it. Thanks Anglepoise!

Great product and excellent customer service when there was an issue to be resolved.

Ordered 2 wall lamps for our bedroom - although not the cheapest lamps, I knew that Anglepoise would be a quality product and an investment in classic design. I am so pleased with how they look - a couple of small issues but the customer service follow up service was excellent. Note that the information re registration for warranty isn’t as prominent as for some products so do make sure to find details in the user guide.
