I received the necklace broken. One of the end beads is loose. Very disappointing to have to spend money taking it to a jeweler to fix it.

The earrings I received are genuinely lovely however they took a LONG time to come and over what it stated on ‘notnon the high street’. When my partner queried where the item was he got a slow and rude response stating he didn’t pay the extra for quick delivery. He messaged two weeks after he placed the order so think he gave enough time to query where it was and even ‘on the high street’ thought it was late. Finally the item replied, the earrings were loose in the box so surprised they actually made it, one of them the clasp doesn’t work properly so we queried it and didn’t get a reply until we chased her. She said the silver is soft so can bend so we have asked if we are to bend it to get it work and still waiting a reply from 3 days ago. Won’t order from again.

Long delivery time, parcel in a state when it arrived

Ring sent in the wrong size. Paid for fast delivery (£15) and the order took over 2 weeks to arrive. When I complained to Anna, there was no response. I emailed multiple times and I was ignored. Would not recommend.

Earrings arrived safely but only because the Evri courier contacted me and I was able to arrange delivery. No thanks to Evri! Earrings are gorgeous! Thank you Anna !

I bought a sweetheart necklace for my wife from Annalou. My wife loves it. A perfect gift although a little pricey given its size but can you really put a price on making someone happy?

Ordered the initial disc birthstone necklace. Initially when ordering there was not an option to put what initial you wanted. I emailed Anna and her response was quick and very helpful. The issue got rectified. The delivery was quick even with standard delivery. The necklace is beautiful, very dainty. I’m so pleased. I would definitely recommend Anna.
