I ordered the true affirmation bracelet during the recent Annie Haak end of season sale. The bracelet is beautiful, the motto I chose makes me feel good about myself. The eco packaging is lovely. The process from ordering to receiving my bracelet was seamless. I now have a beautiful stack of Annie Haak bracelets. I do love Annie Haak jewellery.

Great customer service! I ordered a bracelet last year (love Annie Haak bracelets) and this week ordered another but I had trouble with the order going through. I contacted them by email and have been so impressed with the customer service. They reply super quickly and have manually placed my order and sorted my account so that I won't have a problem in the future. This is my 3rd bracelet, the 1st one I found in a shop local to me. Their bracelets are lovely and last a long time. Highly recommend the jewellery and the company.

Bought a couple of bracelets (in the sale too!) around 6 months ago that are absolutely beautiful. Delivery was quick and the bracelets still look amazing despite me wearing them every day. Fantastic products.

Caring friendly service
I was bought an Annie hack bracelet stack a few years ago,and the bands had got loose. As this was a special gift I was worried about it getting lost, but customer service emailed me constantly with updates. They was fixed and look as good as the day I got them,beautiful.

I’ve brought from Annie Haak for over 10 years and love the jewellery but it don’t last. The elastic on the rings rots meaning after one year the rings just break and the bracelets are the same

Excellent Service
I have been using Annie Haak Designs for a number of years now and can't fault the quality and service they provide. Recently one of the items broke and was within the guarantee period, I contacted them and they resolved the issue and repaired it quickly with regular communication.

Customer Service
I love my silver ring and bracelets from Annie Haak but I had to contact them recently about a pearl ring that had lost a stone. The customer service I received was second to none. The ring was a gift so I had no proof of purchase but I was able to return the ring and get it repaired free of charge. The Customer Service team were so helpful and responsive and I’m delighted to have the repaired ring back.
