Der katastrofalste Flughafen den ich kenne. Tausende Passagiere im Terminal. Jeder läuft planlos herum. Fast keine Info, und wenn, dann in türkisch. Online-einchecken bei SunExpress fasst unmöglich, man wird immer auf eine kostenpflichtige Seite geführt um teuere Sitzplätze im Flugzeug zu kaufen. Reine Abzocke!!! Wer diese Sitzplätze nicht kauft, bezahlt dann beim einchecken 5.-€ Gebühr. Beschwerden ist sinnlos. Ich kann nur empfehlen diesen Flughafen zu vermeiden und lieber ein anderes Urlaubsziel anzufliegen.

I had one of the worst travel experiences at Antalya Airport. My flight was cancelled and I was forced to wait over 22 hours with no proper support or compensation. The airport staff were completely unhelpful—especially if they realized you spoke English or any other foreign language. It felt like they intentionally avoided helping non-locals.

On top of that, I was scammed at a restaurant inside the airport, which just added to the frustration. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive, and there was absolutely no guidance or communication from the airport during the delay.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this airport if possible, especially international travelers. It was not just unprofessional—it was inhumane

Had to queue up for baggage area for an hour and 45 minutes and then went through passport control while there was such a nasty woman sitting with a head scarf on checked my passport and threw it to the side when I asked her, have you finished? She shouted and said Yes! I was so shocked that their members of staff talked to passengers in this manner I would have complained but I was so frustrated after queueing for an hour and 45 minutes and for my understanding had to queue again when entering the boarding room plane ended up being delayed due to all the searches they do I would never want to return to Antalya airport again

Ich bin am 08.05. Nach Antalya geflogen. Das neue Terminal ist der absolute Horror. Es ist eine elende Lauferei, bis man überhaupt mal bei der Passkontrolle ankommt. Der Weg zum Gepäckband wieder ein ellenlangen Weg, bis man dort ankam. Wirklich eine Katastrophe. Beim Rückflug das gleiche Elend; nur Rennerei und gefühlt immer bis ans andere Ende des Gebäudes. Laufen, Laufen!!!
Bei der Planung wurde sich wohl kein Gedanke um ältere oder leicht gesundheitlich eingeschränkte Menschen gemacht, die nicht gleich einen Rollstuhlservice beauftragt haben. Das kann ich aber nur jedem empfehlen, der in irgendeiner Weise gesundheitlich einge-schränkt ist, unbedingt diesen Service in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall machen.
Und die unverschämten Preise dort, ich habe für einen stinknormalen Kaffee 7,00 Euro gezahlt. 🙈

We arrived and it was complete chaos. No trollies in sight and no access to trollies .
We travelled with two small children so it was very stressful trying to haul a pushchair and three large suitcases around plus some hand luggage . Not a family friendly airport at all. The pushchairs were found at the oversized luggage section which was crowded with men waiting for golfing kits…. I could barely get through the crowd and no priority was given to push chair . I was holding my baby in my arms for close to an hour trying to navigate the crowd and get to my pushchair .
I had the same experience on my return…. No trollies me and my partner were exhausted and stressed out after a wonderful holiday in Antalya.

I would give zero if possible. Firstly airport absolutely must have some security staff who speak even pigeon English.We had an extremely distressing e perience there this week.My 6 year old grandson is type 1 diabetic and we carry lots of equipment for him.Security at Antalya literally ripped a rucksack of vital equipment off my son in laws shoulder because we refused (obviously) to put it through the scanner.We provided a doctors letter,they couldn't read it.They wanted to scan him,we refused and showed him his libre sensor on his arm and his insulin pump on his tummy.Again this was met with aggression and hostility.One of the men then put his face right up into my DAUGHTERS face,shouting at her.I have tried to complain to the airport but it's impossible.This was our 3rd visit to Turkey but we will never set foot in the country again. Update from them about my complaint.Everyone knows this airport just sends out a generic reply with a non existing email address for any further comments you have. What a disgrace they are.Absolutely no interest in their customers,only interested in taking their money.You won't be getting any more from my family I assure you !!!

Wlan sollte heutzutage Standard sein.
Man bekommt angeblich für 30 Min. free WIFI einen Code an den Restaurants...
Mehrmals nachgefragt, die wussten von nichts.
Allgemein sind die Preise am Flughafen unglaublich.

Wir sind am 11.5.25 zurück mit Sun Express geflogen. Extra 3,5 Stunden vorher da gewesen und es war schon knapp um den Flieger zu bekommen. 90 Minuten Wartezeit am Check In Bereich obwohl für Sun Priority bezahlt. Man lässt einfach alle an der Schlange warten statt mehrere Schalter zu öffnen mit den verschiedenen Destinationen. Passagiere waren schon ziemlich genervt und ich war nass geschwitzt als wir am Gate endlich da waren weil man dann noch ewig durch teure Shoppingmalls laufen muss.. Ich mag den neuen Terminal gar nicht... Horror! Organisiert das mit den Sun Express Schaltern bitte besser!!!

This airport is terrible! The staff are incredibly rude.

The staff have millions of English speaking customers a year but they can not speak one bit of English? They only know how to rip you off with money?

Antalya it's self is beautiful but the airport let's the whole country down. So disappointed. If the staff do not want to do their job they should quit asap ! Instead of making those who have paid money to visit time miserable.

Big terminal, modern, clean. The positives end there.

Big queues because for some reason Easyjet customers must check in for a paper boarding pass. Reckon on queuing for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Rip off prices in shops/restaurants:

- Small bottle of water £2.25
- Small can of Coke £5
- Big Mac £12.70/Menu £17.50
- Small Beer £11
- Mars bar £5
- Panini £12
- Cheesecake £11

First time in Antalya, last time in Turkey. As a destination it's past its sell-by date. Tourists are there to be ripped-off.

Slow travel processing and the most exorbitant prices for so called Duty Free and Restaurant prices that magically double or triple against the price shown in the waiters Tablet (note, no paper or card menu's to refer back to) when you go to pay.

If you do have to use the restaurant, take a photo of the prices shown on the Tablets menu when you order the food so that you can refer back to them when you come to pay but be prepared to argue the toss, they are very used to shafting customers and just having to deal with it, supervisors and managers are actually complicit.

You have been warned.

Worst airport on the planet & I have travelled a lot! Will attempt every trick to not let you board, so earning commission! Absolutely disgusting, puts me off visiting Turkey ever again. Once in, prices are horrendous!! I mean horrendous, as a family, we chose to stay hungry & purchased food on the plane. Shame on the management there for allowing this to continue!

We zijn 29 april terug gekomen van onze vakantie in Side. Die dag hebben we op de luchthaven van Antalya wat te eten en te drinken besteld. 2 portis halve kip met witte rijs, 1 bakje met doperwten, stukjes aardappelen en rundvlees, 1 bier, 1 fles water en 1 fles sap. Het totaalbedrag was ongeveer € 70,00. Ik heb met mijn bankpas betaald. Tot mijn grote schrik zie ik bij terugkomst in Nederland dat er € 100,80 van mijn rekening is afgeschreven. De bon heb ik helaas niet meer, dus ik weet niet waar ik verder mijn beklagt kan doen. Ik voel mij wel opgelicht. Mensen, wees dus vooral voorzichtig op de luchthaven van Antalya!!!!!!

Check in took 1.5h while we were the 12family in one of two queues. Only two desks opened for a fully booked TUI flight to Gatwick. When the third desk opened they wouldn’t alternate seeing people from either of the two existing queues, but only one of them.
The unlucky ones (us)were left to wait for the snail pace of the last desk while people that came after us checked in faster. What seemed to slow everything was that at check in, they kept asking to see documents of proof of UK visa to anyone that wasn’t British, but weren’t prepared to deal with people who had electronic residence/ visa. Worst check in I have ever encountered. Also no free WiFi for any amount of time, and two sandwich and drinks cost £35.

As everyone else has stated this is the worst airport ever and only out to squeeze as much money from you as possible. Extortionately over priced food and drinks, their currency is lira but duty free priced in euro, went to pay in euro and was told no we don’t accept that, lira is our currency! Why then price in euro, so they can then rip you off further with their preferential exchange rates. Whilst going through duty free the cashier whipped out an iPad and asked for my home address, I refused, she asked why I wouldn’t provide it and I told her it’s private, probably want to sell on your information. The free Wi-Fi is no longer available and is only available to those using CEP lounge. They removed all seating to encourage you to sit in cafes and spend money. Take your own food with you and don’t give them your custom, don’t encourage them. A note to Antalya Airport replying to negative reviews, all the information is in the reviews, read, digest, action instead of requesting reviewers give you more information, that doesn’t close out the issues nor make you look as if you are vaguely interested, just greedy!

Had an excellent service. Smoking area was clean and tidy. Staff where very helpful in assisting disabled people.

Ni vet vad som hände. Redan skrivit och ni har svarat. Har blivit av med resväskor för ni snodde dom från oss fast vi hade godkänt med väskor. Ni ska ersätta oss. Tjuvar är vad ni är

really bad not enough seats, prices are very expensive £8 for a bar of chocolate & a small can. No toilet roll in the toilets, no charging ports for mobile phones. All the flights are always delayed & £12 for one slice of pizza. Never paid this much before at any other airport. The duty free perfumes £200 a bottle even for Turkish perfumes. Been a few times here, I forgot how bad it was
