Attenzione al sistema di reso! Ho acquistato diversi articoli sotto il periodo natalizio del quale alcuni ho dovuto fare il reso, che non è eseguibile come altri siti tramite etichette di reso o tramite modulo online ma bisogna bensì contattare l’assistenza che non solo risponde in maniere molto poco cordiale ma soprattutto in maniera discontinua e non tempestiva, servizio pessimo e poco professionale che in alcuni casi risulta anche problematico, come il mio caso, dato che avendo fatto acquisti sotto il periodo natalizio nonostante io abbia fatto il giorno seguente dalla ricezione dell’articolo il reso contattandoli via mail , il pacco ha tardato ad arrivargli, tutto verificato con mail e dati di tracciamento, ma nonostante ciò potrebbero dirvi che avete sforato i tempi di reso e che il rimborso non è erogabile se non tramite buono acquisto sempre presso il loro sito. Definirei questo meccanismo pressoché truffa. Pessima esperienza, OCCHIO a tutti i consumatori!.

Habe mittlerweile schon einige Male bei AOS etwas bestellt und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Das Sortiment ist groß, die Lieferung erfolgt prompt und die Dinge sind gut verpackt. Und sollte es dennoch einmal ein kleines Malheur geben (diesmal war ein als lieferbar angegebener Artikel doch nicht lieferbar), wird dies umgehend kommuniziert und nach einer Lösung gesucht (im konkreten Fall wurde auch gleich eine gute gefunden). Wirklich ein kompetentes und sympathisches Geschäft.

Bei meiner Bestellung habe ich leider einen Fehler gemacht.
Das AOS Team hat sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert und mir geholfen damit ich die Ware rechtzeitig am fischgewässer zugestellt bekommen habe.

Ich kann nicht einmal mehr sagen, wie lange ich schon bei AOS einkaufe, ab und zu online aber meistens persönlich. Jeder einzelne Besuch war geprägt von einem guten fundierten Gespräch zu den Artikeln die ich mir anschauen oder kaufen wollte. Das Angebot im Geschäft ist hervorragend und war einmal ein Artikel nicht vorhanden, wurde er umgehend bestellt. Hier wird Fliegenfischerei gelebt!

I purchased a fly reel off their website which was supposed to have been serviced by the manufacturer, so was mentioned in the product description ‘Recently serviced by Hatch Outdoors USA (bearings and drag system)’

Upon arrival and inspection of the reel I found it to contain sand. Also the main screw connecting the spool to the body was covered with rust and old sticky grease. I emailed AOS the very same day and sent pictures of my findings asking for clarification. The reply I received was:

maybe they simply did not clean that particular screw. But this particular reel was for overall maintenance at Hach, US only a few weeks ago

This is not the first, but definitely the last time the Haider brothers have violated my trust. Back in November 2018, I was asked to withdraw my trusted shop review, which I posted based on another poor experience. AOS is a disgrace to the fly fishing community and everything it stands for!

Langjähriger Kunde, immer gute freundliche und fachmännische Beratung, auch wenn Dinge schwer lieferbar sind bleibt die Firma dran und stellt ihre Kunden zufrieden.

Für mich die Nr.1 unter den Onlineshops für Fliegenfischer und zum teil auch für "Spinner", der kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Die Artikel sind qualitativ hochwertig und werden vom Team superschnell versandt. Nur was in AT wahrscheinlich super funktioniert, funktioniert in D so gar nicht. Die Lieferung mit GLS. Die Lieferzeit erfordert Geduld mit der GLS-Postkutsche und liegt grundsätzlich bei einer Woche in den Raum Berlin.
