AOS Fly Fishing Opiniones

Horrible experience trying to get a wading jacket over to the UK

Customer service was shocking and now that the parcel is just bouncing around the UK and now that I have asked for a refund they have proceeded to ignore multiple emails offering now support

Jacket was ordered 2 months ago

Ottimo negozio con buoni prezzi, competenza e serietà… lo consiglio

Alles Top! Toller Service!

Purchased a Major Craft Benkei BIC-66MH casting rod, arrived broken due to bad packaging, contacted the store via email they tell me that they are sorry for what happened and ask me for photos of the packaging after which they disappeared, they do not answer not even to let me know if they intend to refund me or not. No more from them, insufficient packaging, non-existent after-sales assistance, stay away

Top Angelshop,sehr schnelle Lieferung.
gerne wieder!!!

Danke.

Order some speciality hooks on 19th May for a trip on the 28th, and they took 14 days to arrive. So arrived too late. Notwithstanding the fact I ordered from the UK, this is too long. I emailed them asking for clarity on delivery, they only bothered to reply after the goods had arrived. I have ordered tackle from other European countries and delivery has been as quick as 1 day. Finally a tracking link was provided with confirmation of order, in German language, with no option to change to English(or other languages), so that was frustrating too.

AOS is clearly the best website when looking for fly fishing equipment. Excellent service and fast feedback. Highly recommended. Five stars *****

One of the best angling online shops at the moment. Bought twice this years (a Hardy Shadow rod & a Ross Evolution LTX reel). Good prices, nice staff to deal with. One of my favourites.

a great seller.
I have purchased already twice and am fully satisfied.

Very recommended

I ordered a Loop Multi 9/12 Fly Reel from AOS Fly Fishing, my order was sent by Reordered delivery by Austrian Postal Service with Tracking from start to finish. Reel arrived 2 days after placing the order, great service and great price for the reel.

Will use again
