My blinds were fine and I was initially pleased with them. I contacted Grant as the door blind that was fitted to the door was slightly wonky. Sent him a photo and he agreed they needed adjustment. Arranged appt. On day he phoned me and told me he had arrived at an address which appeared not to be mine. Made another appt. On that day he phoned to say something happened and he needed to take children to school and would be an hour late. He phoned 1.5 hrs later to tell me he was at an address which appeared not to be mine and he seemed very confused. I was concerned at this point as he told me he didn't actually know where to be. I confirmed my address and made the 3rd appt for the following week. He never turned up and didn't phone. I still have a wonky blind (fitted Nov). Appalling after service from Grant from Derby. Had arranged to have front of house done after Christmas but he will definitely not get my custom. No recommendations from me to anyone locally about Apollo Blinds. Wish I had gone with Hilarys. Two stars are because I liked my blinds nothing to do with fitting.

EDIT....issue resolved after Manager stepped in. Thank you. Grant returned and fixed blind. Polite but not particularly chatty. I will add one more star as they resolved. Grant said he agreed with my review above but he was definitely not a liar as I apparently called him. Not once did that word appear in my review above. I will still say nice blinds though and happy with them now.

This is the second time we have used Apollo Blinds. First-class service from start to finish. We had blinds made for the home and the Summer House. Good quality, very well made - worth every penny. Mike did a brilliant job, definitely worth 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

I have used Apollo Blinds Wokingham now on 3 occasions and would not use anyone else. The range of blinds available and colours is excellent. Stuart Fawcett is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and all the blinds we have orders have been excellent. They have arrived and been fitted in timely manner and nothing is too much trouble. Lisa Phillips, in the office, again is extremely friendly and keeps you informed all the way. The best bit is their blinds are of high quality but an extremely competitive price. I would not use anyone else and will be using again in the near future. I have also recommended to friends. Brilliant service from Apollo Blinds Wokingham and highly recommend

Company were easy to deal with very helpful and always kept in touch and updated us. When shutters were ready called us straight away fitted 2 days later. Great price and service highly recommend.

Having just had our complete home fitted with new blinds from apollo with a mixture of verticle, roller, roman and intu blinds . The customer service we recieved was exceptional, from the initial visit to the installation it was absolutely fault free , they have an amazing choice of quality fabrics and designs to choose from at really competitive prices. If you are looking for any type of blinds I would highly recommend giving them a call.

When one of our 4mtr heavy motor roller blinds seriously malfunctioned snagging the blind in the motor. The original suppliers were no longer in business and Apollo sent two fitters who attended on the day and time agreed, were polite professional and efficient working some 5 mtrs high up they eventually managed to dislodge the material, trim and reset the system. I'd highly recommend them

I can't actually speak to the quality of the blinds, in fact I'm sure they're probably quite good. However did find myself disappointed that despite multiple phone call attempts with multiple branches, as well as multiple inquiry forms filled in, never got a single reply. Ended up going elsewhere. Hopefully others don't have the same issues, shame really.

Had Cafe style shutters fitted. The price was extremely competitive. The product seems of good quality. Nash, the fitter and consultant, turned up when he said he would and on time. He was polite and friendly and most importantly did a good job fitting the shutters. Would highly recommend.
