Jim was really helpful in showing my mother all the different adjustable beds and was very clear in explaining everything to her so that she was happy to order a new bed

The salesman was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to look around and plenty of advice.

Anthony in the Dundee branch was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. He then sent the order to the Hillington branch for me down in Skelmorlie. I knew nothing about reclining beds and he was very patient and explained everything very well.

We were assisted by Ian who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products we wanted to buy. He made the entire purchase simple and straightforward and explained fully what was being ordered so there were no errors. We were very pleased with the service provided.

Excellent sales person who was patient and informative.

Avoid. Messed up delivery of a mattress four times; dismissive customer service, no real apologies and rude call centre staff. Bedframes and bedside tables arrived with scuffs and marks. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jim the salesman at our Ayr branch was most helpful in advising us of the different types of mattresses and beds available.
Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient.
We are awaiting delivery of our new bed in a couple of weeks.

Good price, good service, had kit in stock.

Our salesman Dougie Wilson was very knowledgeable about the beds we were looking for for gave us some great support in picking our bed he seemed to know all of the stock.

I have just had Trust Support email me because of my review. Just goes to show with everything I have put there was no call, email of apology or concern just looking after themselves I am disgusted:

I am lost for words nothing else to say. This says it all for itself

I will never use Archers again. Bought an expensive bed and mattress (ends up from China). No handyman available to fit bed together as they were off sick and there was no one else. I was told by the guy in the store that it was easy to put together. I have got someone out and they had to go down to Archer’s store today after being halfway through putting bed together (started at 11am it is now 16:00) to say how does it go together. Then came back and there is a large missing part. He then called Archer’s and the guy said I dont know why they do this but it is in the headboard. At this point, the headboard has been fixed to the bed. So given the time we are at now and when it will be finished (this is easy to put together ….REALLY!!!!), at what point would it have been in the stores best interest in order of gaining good reviews, to tell us us there was a large section in the headboard. Store had chances to say at:
store when bed was purchased, on the phone (as I called several times on delivery schedules) again, today on the phone then when at the store and about 20 mins ago when the guy said “I dnt know why they do that”.
I am disgusted this is going to take about another hour and a half Iv been told. When bed was nearly finished the panels which go under the bed for storage did not fit therefore one is overlapping the other. I wish I had not spent good money on this. Not worth all the time, hassle and expense

The fact that you reached out to support to address / remove my review instead of addressing my concerns directly demonstrates a lack of authentic customer service. Once again, I'm at a loss for words.

The salesman approached us and ask if he could help us with what we were looking for. He explained a few things then let us walk around shop to decide what we wanted . He was very helpful getting me a seat as my mobility is not that great to explain some things to us regarding the bed we chose and furniture.

Salesman (Graham?) was very helpful. Not pushy, gave good information on range of mattresses of different prices and gave us space to look for ourselves

After being to other less helpful and experienced bedding stores I eventually found one with straight talking super helpful staff.
My decision to buy was now easy after these staff members explained thoroughly what I'd been wanting to ascertain before buying so then I went ahead and bought. 5 star 🌟
