Archers Sleepcentre Opiniones

Lots of choice and great quality.
Stuart was friendly and answered all of our questions with clarity and expertise.
No pushy sells pitch. Stuart knew what we were looking for by asking relevant questions and showing us appropriate
beds / mattresses suitable for our specific needs, e.g joint pain.
Communication has also been great.

James was very helpful and explained everything clearly

Great shopping experience in a real store. I would normally look online but I wanted to speak to a person!
Harry was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made good suggestions which helped me get the bed I wanted.

Douglas was amazing. He helped us get the right measurements for our odd sized beds. He researched which mattress were available and ones we could have custom made. When purchased he helped us get a 30% discount that really helped my pocket book. Would definatly purchase here again.

Lynn Horton at the Uddingston branch was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us and to be able to get an adjustable bed delivered to allow my sick father to be able to be discharged from hospital. She is an absolute gem of a human being and went totally out of her way to be able to assist us, I can't that her enough for everything she did to help and she is a credit to your company. I wish all stores had someone like her.

Staff were helpful and familiar with the products they were selling …

Purchased a bed from Archers Kilmarnock
Alison who served us was excellent, so knowledgeable
and talked us through the whole process.
An excellent sales person wished there were more like her.
So pleased with our purchase
Thank you Alison

Anthony at the Dundee branch was very helpful and patient. I felt unpressured and able to take as much time as needed. I made three visits to the store before deciding.

Lots of information about choices and then plenty time to try out beds. Very pleasant and approachable assistant. Pleased with our choice and experience.

The sales advisor Lynne was very helpful and explained he different types of mattresses. She gave the information and then gave us time to have a good look and try the product. Her information was helpful in our decision to buy. She has a very good friendly manner and we were happy with all the information given. Full information given on delivery and costs.

The sales assistant took time to understand what I wanted . He was very patient as I kept changing my mind . I got what I wanted and was very happy with the level of service

Salesman (Ian) was extremely helpful in taking us through all our options and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.Good quality bedframe and mattress.

BEWARE - Do not buy from them go to your local high street. The beds are sharp wood covered in fabric with no cushioning. I purchased a medium to firm mattress arrived yesterday fitted it all today and the mattress was the cheapest low quality mattress I've ever sat on. Very soft. It was still in its packaging and I got onto them for an exchange and low and behold they don't even offer an exchange on a one day old item. 0 stars!

The always offer a personal service and great advice especially regarding a suitable mattress. Communication is with the local store and the beds and furniture are exceptional value for money.
