I was in the Cumbernauld shop several times over the space of a week and the sales person James Stewart was very patient and explained everything well relating to powered and unpowered reclining chairs and sofas. I finally decided on my purchases and James made the whole process straightforward and pleasant with his professional manner. The furniture is being built to my specification so it will be a few weeks before I take delivery, but so far the experience has been excellent.

Fantastic service, great deal and absolutely no pressure!

What a brilliant shopping experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional and genuinely enjoyable. The gentleman who helped me was lovely, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour!

What I appreciated most was being given the freedom to try as many mattresses as I liked, at my own pace, without anyone hovering over me or pushing for a sale. I could take my time, get comfortable and let my back (and my bum! 😄) make the final decision.

When I was ready, I received excellent advice, a fantastic deal and, to top it all off, delivery arranged for next week rather than having to wait 3–4 weeks!

A great range of mattresses, competitive prices and customer service that makes you feel genuinely looked after. I walked in looking for a mattress and walked out with a great purchase and a smile on my face.

I spoke to a very nice man - Jordan. I was telephoning to order a double bed and mattress for an elderly gentleman. Jordan suggested a different mattress to what he wanted due to the firmness of it. He did call back as discussed with a quote and also emailed said quote. Hopefully the bed and all accessories will be delivered tomorrow.

staff member was really friendly approachable and great with all information provided he took the time to explain and show us all the diffrent types of products and deals we could get when looking for our new bed. there was so many option out there but with his help and dedication we were able to narrow it down and find what was best for us would highly recommend for anyone out there struggling on what to chose or how much to spend on a new bed . thank you again for all your help looking forward to sleeping in our new bed once it arrives .

Mum was looking for a dual motor riser recliner. We went to our local Archers store where Dennis was ready to help. He showed us possible options to suit my mum's requirements, then gave us time and space to try out some recliners.

Mum decided to order a Chatham dual motor riser recliner. Dennis took us through the ordering and payment process. All done with minimum fuss.

Chair was delivered a few weeks later.

My mum loves her chair. Suits her frame and goes well in her living room.

The chair cost approximately £1,500 and so far has been worth this.
