We bought a home at the Forster Park development. Although there were a few minor issues during the process, everything was handled well and we received the house smoothly and without any problems, earlier than the expected completion date.

Agata was very helpful throughout the process and genuinely tried to resolve any issues that came up. They also made a nice gesture regarding our garden, which we really appreciated.

From start to completion we have had a great experience buying with Ashberry Homes.
Shelley was professional but warm, went out of her way to make buying our home a positive experience. She gave good sound advice and because of this our contract was completed in a five week turnaround.

We were kept informed every step of the way, all the sales assistance we have dealt with were so lovely and helpful with any queries or questions we had. As first time buyers everything a little stressful but the Ashberry team have made the process so much easier!

I love Ashberry Homes. I was most fascinated by their architectural designs, the location of the estate and their sales advisor. Eve was very patient in disseminating information to me. She was very understanding and pointed me to the resource that I needed to help inform my decision.

We recently bought from Ashberry Homes in Stargate Meadows - our first experience was with Jill who was lovely and we didnt feel pushed to buy or anything. This was when we were in the house browsing phase.
When we decided to buy, (and most of our subsequent encounters) was with Demi who has been an angel from start to finish. As a couple who wanted to buy a house, but didn’t understand the concept and process very well, it was super helpful to have a customer advisor who can support and fill us in with any queries. Very responsive and impressive too I must say. We also got a lot of incentives from Ashberry. We met Sarah on completion day who was very lovely too.

The comment from the prefessional snagger was that our home is a good build with no major concerns.

I absolutely recommend Ashberry/Bellway to anyone thinking of buying a house.

It can be so stressful for first time buyers but thanks to Julie who supported us and recommended us the right people we finally have a beautiful house! Dealing with Sally from Yew Tree Meadows was the best part of the experience. She was very professional, open and helpful.

Polite, friendly and very accommodating. Process was smooth and really enjoyed viewing house again before purchasing the plot to ask all our questions. Highly recommended 👌 very excited to move into our Ashberry home. Michael at Chellaston fold is absolutely brilliant.

Excellent support and care, Eve at swinfen vale was an absolute godsend for our journey towards our forever home, assisted every step of the way and you could tell she really cared.

Liam has been a delight from the buildings side and is really driving home that high level of customer care.

Sarah at the Woodland Edge development in Killingworth, North East England, is an absolute credit to Ashberry Homes. Our experience with Sarah has been outstanding from the very first interaction. She went above and beyond for us and whoever buys a property on this development will be incredibly well looked after undoubtedly. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had thoroughly. I would 10/10 recommend this development to friends and family.

Firstly the 5* goes to Mikey ( Ashberry Chellaston Fold), the most informative, proactive sales person we know. He's supportive, understanding and brings the sun to this development. We are not looking forward to him leaving. Our new home is beautiful and just what we needed. Maddie and Brett have been great once we moved in sorting any issues with good communication. The only areas of improvement are: *British Gas, are not great, it took a while setting up an account with them, they also were unaware the house has solar panels- pre registering the solar panels would be advantageous to the home buyer. * we are, after 3mths, still awaiting the tarmac ramp to our drive, which is needed more than you think. It has been an access hazard during our pregnancy/recovery. * localised street flooding around the drains following rain..not great, we hope this is sorted before winter sets in, otherwise dangerous ice patches await us. * the Angelica, a radiator in the hallway would have been great, its coldness is felt. * our front door access isnt the best, possible fall hazard . * driveway drainage could have been positioned better, as surface water is noticeable following rain fall. * the fridge freezer size should be sized against the house size. Its too small!

I wanted to thank Hannah at Fardale View in Kilmarnock for her lovely and professional service so far. I reserved our dream house and she's been a fantastic help answering all of our lists of questions, helping us choose any options we wanted, giving honest advice. I really appreciate the service so far and await the moving date next year with great excitement. We cannot wait to see how the house turns into a home.
