We found there was no pressure from Luke very helpful and went through everything in detail ,Luke sold me on the first visit so very happy so far. Quality of the workmanship is very high as I am in the building trade myself.

When we decided to reserve a plot Luke went through all the things you needed to know step by step. He made us feel at ease and not overwhelmed with the whole situation. We had a laugh along the way but understood all the ins and outs of the house we were buying.

Brilliant On-Site Team and Amazing Care at Eastview Manor.
Moved in last month at Eastview Manor and can't speak highly enough of all the on-site team. Dean has been brilliant at making sure any snagging is dealt with and has been so helpful with checking in on us and helped us out on several occasions with different things.
Alison was also amazing with checking in on us and helping with anything we needed and was brilliant in helping us with options and any issues on the lead up to getting our keys.
Willy and George were also brilliant on the lead up us getting our keys with the home demo and questions we had about things.
It's been an amazing experience and you can tell the team take a lot of pride in their work as well as really caring about their customers, I wouldn't have any worries with this team as they are all brilliant.
We've been so happy with our new home and the quality is really good. Any snagging is being dealt with swiftly and without issue so far which is brilliant!

Massively happy to have bought an Ashberry home!

Left VM with their office at Bourne but got no reply. Visited the following day (17-10-2025). Male staff member was unenthusiastic for some reason. We had an interest in two plots shown as available. He said they wont be available until July and they were winding down. His whole attitude was pretty poor as if they were not bothered about selling anyway. We left confused by this.

Great sales team. Sally and Jo have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We have been looking for our new home for months and they have made the decision an easy one.

We have recently reserved a property at The Wickets development in desborough, and it was such an enjoyable, informative and professional experience thanks to Luke.

From the very beginning of the process, Luke has been outstanding. Whatever questions we had, Luke had every answer and made sure my partner and I made the correct decisions, giving the most amazing advice.

Buying a first home is a fairly daunting decision, but Luke made everything crystal clear. We were super impressed with his knowledge, covering all aspects of the development process.

Eve at Swinfen Vale is very supportive. She explains everything clearly. She is always willing to assist, absolutely incredible person.

I have never had any involvement with Ashberry previously, however ive been extremely happy with their service from the start. In particular, Amy, who has been there for me throughout the process of buying my new home.
She is incredibly friendly, honest and her attention to detail and throughness is amazing. Ive received regular updates throughout and she is always happy to assist with any questions, or find out technical ones if needed.

The whole process has been very easy and stress free, which is a big thing when looking to get somewhere new.

The quality and choice of products and upgrades are brilliant, and altogether its just been an easy and really good experience from the start!

I reserved a house with Ashbury Homes and, like many buyers, faced delays in the chain. Throughout this process I stayed in contact and even managed to find another solution within 10 days.

Despite this, today I was threatened by the sales team — being told that if I don’t complete by the end of September, Ashbury will remove the incentives. Do they really think I’m deliberately holding things up? Do they believe that threats will somehow make the legal process move faster?

To make matters worse, the sales manager, Kenny, was arrogant and rude. We were in the middle of discussing timelines when, out of nowhere, they dropped this ultimatum.

The whole experience has been awful. Buying a home is already stressful, but Ashbury’s approach has been cold, uncompassionate, and unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of offering support, they’ve added pressure and made the process even harder.

If you value good service, empathy, and professionalism — look elsewhere

My experience of buying from Ashberry at Cherry Meadow was absolutely first class from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to deliver wonderful service, an amazing buying experience and outstanding customer service - a truly gold standard.  It would be very hard indeed to have had better, I'm totally unable to suggest room for improvement! 

Karen (on site sales) along with Gaby (assistant site manager) were exceptional in their professionalism and levels of customer service - I really can't thank either of them enough!

I’ve just completed a purchase of a new home through the Bourne Springs Ashberry Homes development in Bourne. The sales team were excellent. I dealt with Rob and he was wonderful with me. Always on hand to answer any questions and guide me through the process of buying my first home. I was able to visit the property whenever i wanted during the process and now that i’ve moved in i couldn’t be happier. The house was immaculate when i moved in and all prior snagging works we noticed were done in advance. Rob and the team also left me some nice gifts on my move in date.

I recently purchased a house from Ashberry. I have been impressed with Ashberry staff. They have shown professionalism and always punctual with their response. I have been impressed with Rob and Claire In particular who guided me through the process.Thank you.
