I had a good experience with ATS Basingstoke. Staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend ATS Euromaster.

James was super helpful and didn't try to over complicate things when explaining to me. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!

At the start of a long trip, mid afternoon, getting dark, older lady with a dog, I get a low tyre pressure warning. On a new car, I wasn't sure what the pressures should be or how to check them. Pathetic I know, but wanted them checked in case of damage. 3 other companies/centres couldn't help me in the area, and were pretty unpleasant about it, just as I was getting pretty stressed, ATS Euromaster Basingstoke were AMAZING. Respectful, kind, fast. They checked the tyres for damage, pumped them back up, reset sensors, and just couldn't have been nicer. And cheap!!.....Will always use them going forward. Thank you, you were life savers.

Once again ATS professional polite and helpful ! .The Manager and James went above and beyond to organize a repair . On New Years Eve . I was very grateful to these Boys . A big thank you and Happy New Year .BASINGSTOKE.

Called them for urgent tyre repair and had in in within the hour ! Perfect service

Went in for an ac antibacterial treatment for my VW Golf. The team were quick and attentive, advising me that the cabin filter needs changing also. Luckily I had bought one and was in the boot. They changed it free of charge! Had a fairly good conversation with the man at the reception too, he gave me good advice and advisories for my vehicle. Cannot fault the service.

Efficiency with curtesy

I had a puncture and needed a fast solution to repair or replace. I rang ATS and Reece was super helpful and advised to bring it in and they would see what they could do. The car was looked at straight away. Unfortunately the tyre couldn't be repaired so a replacement was ordered and car left at ATS. ATS were able to fit a new tyre by end of day and wait for me to collect. The new Manager is fantastic, very very helpful. I always know I am in safe hands at ATS with great customer service and a “can do” attitude from Reece, Mark and the team.
