disappointment this time
Previously, no problems until today. I took the car for an alignment, and then it went up on a lift. Someone was trying to make some extrA money. When I got back, the car was undriveable. They claimed it wasn't their fault. The rod ball joint was damaged. To make matters worse, I drove the car the day before and nothing even rattled. And after picking it up,wheels working wrong. They had no way of admitting their mistake. Shameful.Only help me leave car on car park space.generally husband sorted problem on place .when is menager-no issue,i don't see him this day.

I needed a tyre check prior to MOT…
I needed a tyre check prior to MOT coming up soon so popped into Halfords and asked if they could spare 5 minutes to check my tyres.
I was informed, quite impatiently, that I would need to book an appointment for this. No, really!!
So I left and went to ATS where I was welcomed, got my tyres checked and bought two new ones as a result. Excellent service and Halford's loss.
