Computer says no type staff not interested in helping. Avoid.

Very helpful

8mins late for the first appointment of the day due to unexpected traffic and was refused my MOT, staff made up a late policy that I could t see exists and spoke with two people on customer service that couldn’t advice of any late policy

I was told about 1 hour for air-conditioning regas, I don't think it was even as long as that.

Absolute joke of a company, booked in for a regas and was advised that they would check for any major leaks before re gas. The re gas engineer informed me that NO leaks were detected and the re gas was successfull. Within 2 days the air con was blowing hot, my wife contacted the centre as I was driving and they said they would send details of a follow on appointment to rectify the issue. That appointment never materialised so I emailed CS, 2 automated AI responses saying that a re gas is not covered and that there were no leaks detected at the time of the re gas , how can no major leaks be detected when the entire system has emptied within 48hours , no response now they have ghosted me

Easy drop location, polite service,job done well, no complaints, will use again

Did the MOT checks on time .Staff friendly and helpful.The waiting area was clean and tidy with an area set out if you wanted to work on a laptop etc so that was good.
Email MOT results helpful to keep on file.
I will use ATS again based on my experience.

I booked in for a puncture repair at Gloucester Cattle Market branch of ATS Euromaster. I was told it was about a 45 min task, but when I got back it had not started (unexpected demand on ramps). Ah well, back to the supermarket coffee shop. All completed when I returned, apologies from the staff and NO CHARGE! They also allowed me to but up a small poster for Mental Health Mates (promoting mental health). Problems sometimes occur, it's how they are handled that counts. Thank you to all the staff at Gloucester ATS Euromaster, you were excellent.

My visit was a little longer than I thought it would be but that was not your fault,the oil that was ordered for my car was not properly processed by the supplier,so had to wait but it was promptly done when it arrived

Allowed me to bring my online booking forward from Friday to Wednesday.

No trouble booking and having the tyres fitted.

Was treated great and they went beyond their working day for me, needed a mot and was given one at short notice and the price for new brakes and discs all round was magic 😁 will be using ats from now on for all my motoring needs….. didn’t try to shaft me unlike Halfords !….. all in all a great experience and a steep learning curve in garage experience 👍🏻
