Quick delivery of legal LED bulbs for our vehicles.

Not yet tried the bulbs but if they live up to half of what they are supposed to do they'll be a 100% improvement on what my vehicle has.

Easily found exactly what I wanted for my Berlingo lovely bright bulbs.

Repeat but occasional customer and have always been very pleased with quality and service/delivery/communication from ABD - also happy to be supporting a fairly local company.
Have had to arrange return and exchange only once due to inaccuracies with a description, but this was also handled quickly and easily.

What I wanted delivered on time and decent price but it is the clarity of information prior to choosing what makes it better than other providers

Product arrived put in pourch as requested,BUT,I decided to open each bag in our large kitchen dinner,Bearing in mind I had 4 bags with 10 tumblers in each bag,All looked well so I put them to one side that evening,To our HORROR the next morning when we came down our kitchen dinner was absolutely covered in thousands of insects/little like flysheet,What a job we had to get rid of that they were everywhere,Would have liked a warning label on box.

Warranty claim denied. Bulbs broke after 9 months, 1 year warranty stamped on the box but ABD claiming there's only a 6 month warranty.

Absolutely appalling service from these.

I am not even going to respond other than to let everyone know, i hardly review anything on here unless i feel wronged! I will say to everyone, buy from someone else like Amazon as i put in my main review as you can return without wrong advice…. ⬇️

UPDATE SINCE THIER RESPONSE: As you public can now see by their response, they do not read anything but storm through wording that is inaccurate! I did not say you did NOT offer several different options! I said i had to keep emailing you reminding you of my objective from my very first email to you! Your response PROOVES like others have said, you offer a poor service and do not read anything. Public/Everyone - Caveat Emptor - buyers beware of this company!

They were told very clearly what my objective was in the lamps i require and asked their advice (them being so called experts on bulbs!!).

Three different staff gave me three different types of bulbs after i had gone back to them saying they wouldn’t meet my main objective!

I then took the last email advice, and purchased the bulbs they said that would meet my objective.
Low and behold they did not meet my objective and when I contacted them telling them all of this, and all of the above, and asked to speak to a manager which they refused, they said send them back and I have to pay the postage fees!!!

It was their mistake several times.

So everyone, please go elsewhere and also, everyone else is far cheaper than this company anyway AND other companies accepts returns AND FREE RETURNS Like Amazon who are much cheaper.

I've fully kitted out two of my own cars and my best friends car from these guys and they've been brilliant. For the first time I had to claim on warranty for replacement LED's last week and I've spoken to Asha several times now who has been brilliant and got me sorted and corrected an error in the replacements sent to me very quickly, no hassle! Amazing experience of this company, keep it up!

I ordered a set of roof bars for my car one afternoon and they promptly arrived first thing the next morning. Excellent service and I would recommend them.
