Had a valet and Ceramic coating done on my brand new car, the following day the car had loads of little brown marks all over it, the windscreen when it was in the sun was dirty and smeared, I informed them they said they would send out this man who would look at the car to see what the problem is at 4pm Friday, he arrived at 7pm only to say it’s the car dealers fault as they let dust get on the car, the brown spots are from trees even though it was over night and they were inside as well, and there have never been these spots all over any other car I have owned, the gritty feeling to the car is where it has sat in the dealers for the 5 days before delivery, every excuse apart for their service was extremely poor and not up to scratch what do they say a poor workman blaming everything else I mean a brand new car with less than 50 miles on the clock, with brand new paint needs treatment before their product can do a good job what a rubbish service stay clear of this crowd as I said to him if I want the car clean I will do it myself, let’s hope the trees don’t decide to sprinkle their brown drops all over it tonight

Pete called in advance to discuss the work and arrangements. Arrived on time and went over everything on the car. Tidied up multiple scratches and marks to a high standard and car now looks great. Excellent work, would use Autoklean again without hesitation.

Kept me fully up to speed with estimated time of arrival. Arrived on time, explained to me the alloy refurbishment process and what I should do once he had finished. Wheels looked like new, very pleased and Dean acted very professionally throughout the process.

I had my brand new Volvo saved from road adventures (scratch on the bumper, one on the diamond cut wheel) and I also asked for the ceramic coat to protect her. Everything was done at my place, the booking system is outstanding (I sent a request on Sunday and a real person, not a horrible bot, got back to me within minutes). Couldn't be happier! All work carried professionally and in a friendly manner.

Alloy refurbs undertaken.

Nathan came to repair some scratches on my car this morning . He is a professional and did an amazing job. I am extremely happy with Nathan and autokleen service and strongly recommend him.

Dan at Autoklean came to my house (on time) and completely refurbished the four kerbed diamond cut alloys on my TTRS. The alloys now look exactly the same as the day my car came out of the show room. I really didn't think the extensive damage could be repaired but it was and was done in under 4 hours. Great job!
