Had my car repaired by Autoklean and it looks as good as new. They managed to get rid of two dents - one of which I wasn't sure could be repaired due to it's location on the car. They also gave me a paint repair. My car is a mint blue colour and they've matched it perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this company, great customer service and great end result. I'm not sure what the man's name was who actually done the repair (I think they call him Ninja in the office) but he done a great job and was very polite.

Fabio did an excellent job on a very neglected car, he's bought the bodywork and the soft top back to an amazing standard.

He also walked me through the underlying issues with the paintwork and discussed options for future improvements.

Booked AutoKlean yesterday and Nathan came today. Nathan was refreshingly polite and did a great job on my bumper and wheel arch scrape. I would highly recommend AutoKlean.

I booked my car in for a "scratch repair" on the side of the passenger door however the technician was 3 hours late turning up to the appointment with no communication of letting me know. When he arrived, the daylight disappeared and he felt bad so decided to touch up the front bumper. The technician was rushing the job and smoking whilst doing the job so the following day I complained saying that the job hasn't been done to a satisfactory standard. Auto-Klean decided to send out another technician to do the job however on the day the same technician turned up. He then proceeded to respray the front bumper. At the end of him coming back a second time he got complete over spray on the side wing and both driver and passenger door. So again, I complained and the manager himself came out to finish a job which has taken over a month to complete. The manager Pete even said "this is a shocking job from the technician. A few months later I started to notice the lacquer has started to peal and this is when i contacted Auto-klean. I said i don't want my money back just the job to be done properly. They said Pete the general manager would call me. After a discussion with Pete I am absolutely shocked and disgusted in the way he spoke to me. As client that has paid for a service to be treated like that is unacceptable. For Pete to start swearing on the phone and hang up is totally unprofessional. Lucky, I did record the phone conversation as evidence of the quality-of-service Auto-Klean offer as more clients need know what Auto-Klean is really like. "The general manager Pete" was so rude and needs a reality check in customer service as he just hung up the phone. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Nathan arrived early but texted ahead of time. The wheels weren’t too bad (I thought) beforehand but afterwards they literally glinted. He also did some minor bodywork repairs to the leading edge of the door: afterwards these were invisible.
Not cheap at £450 for everything but he did table about four hours and the end result was A1.
If you really want it done properly, these are the guys to use.

We have used Autoklean for valet services a number of times now, and they always do a great job. Their staff are also polite, respectful and friendly.

Williams Ceramic Coating
Very disappointing. Firstly they didn’t turn up for the appointment. Made another date. I was told it would take 4 hours. It took one hour and ten. They borrowed my hose, so good job I had one. When I complained to the company about how quick they were I was told my car wasn’t dirty. It didn’t make a difference to the price though as I still paid £295. I feel ripped off and I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Turned up when they said they would - always a good start! Nathan was very polite. Unfortunately had to do twice because it chucked down but didn't complain at all. Looked great and couldn't tell it had been repaired. Would recommend.

I found my experience with Autoklean to be a refreshing one.
Their engineers are knowledgeable and will advise you appropriately. When the engineer who was sent realised that a different service was more appropriate for my requirements, he informed me and the work had to be re-booked. The engineers who eventually came to do the work were polite, professional and competent.
The administrative staff were also very professional and even when I had a query, it was dealt with calmly and professionally (on a Sunday, no less!) and it turned out that they had indeed done their job properly, keeping me informed all the way.
When you add this to the fact that their prices are very competitive too, Autoklean will be my first call for any future wheel refurbishment, smart repair or valeting requirements.
It is always refreshing to find an organisation that ticks all the boxes!
