Although they did replace my part when I was sent a broken one, they did not cover the installation for either part. If I wasn’t sent a broken part, I wouldn’t have had $400+ of extra labor costs. No one was willing to help me resolve this, and did not offer any solutions. Extremely disappointed in the service and neglect of this company to loyal customers. Even the third party seller offered to help as much as they could, but auto parts warehouse did not. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend ordering from this website.

Every part is just as good as original equipment, except the price. Iwill continue to purchase my parts from them and would recommend everyone to get their parts from them. The selection is good, the prices are good, the discounts are a jokebecause they don't apply to the items I purchase..MY BIGEGEST COMPLAINT IS THE PACKAGING - THE ITEM IS PUT INTO A BOX WITH SOME FORM OF CUSHION HOWEVER IT IS TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE, FOR EXAMPLE, IF I PUT A CARTON OF EGGS INTO A BOX THE SIZE OF A CAR TIRE AND THEN TOSSED A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER IN AS PROTECTIVE PACKING... TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE . THE PACKING MATERIAL HAS TO SURROUND THE ITEM TO PROTECT IT. TRAIN YOUR SHIPPING STAFF! YOU ARE USING THE BOXES AND THE PACKING MATERIALS BUT YOU ARE NOT TRAINING THE PEOPLE HOW TO DO IT RIGHT. YOUR WELCOME

Service is very good and the price is the lowest. Great company! I have 6 cars and 4 are older and with the new parts installed and they run like new. I wish auto parts warehouse offers UPS service as well as they are very on time ground delivery.

I give them 0 Stars They really suck. It took weeks for the wrong parts to get here and then they told me that they are not the wrong parts. Avoid at all cost way bad customer service
