Paula answered my call promptly and cheerfully. I had a question about an amopunt owing even though I pay by direct debit. That was very quickly and clearly sorted out and to her credit she then listened to my moan about the struggle I had to get a replacement turret lid. Good as her word she sent me the content of what she had passed on to her colleagues concerned with the matter. What a pleasure to be helped by someone like Paula with a happy laugh and problem solving attitude. Well done!

Luke did a fantastic job to repair the slight leak escaping from an underground pipe
He move a large barrel to access the necessary area and returned the barrel when he had finished the repair
There was little to show that the repair had been carried out as Luke took great care over the work he did

I spoke to a most helpful Customer Service Adviser, Paula, who was professional and took the time to assist in dealing with the issue I had raised. Friendly and patient she ensured that every aspect of the matter was sorted and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Called Avanti due to an impending house move. Customer Service lady (Jayne Knights) was very helpful and informed me on what to do when we have the exact moving date. Automatic top up is now disabled temporarily. Thankyou Jayne - great advice!

Paula was very friendly, highly professional, and made the process of switching my account very easy.
The handover to Les in Sales made opening and authorising the account was seamless, and again Les was extremely warm and helpful.

I had a problem with me bill kept getting reminders but I had paid by bank transfer sent an email within a certain short time had an email back from Paula stating I had but one digit wrong on my account number she is getting a refund back to me so I can pay it again

Avanti is sometimes a little hard to contact directly when there is an emergency (ie running out of gas!!!), but above all it deserves this rating because of the care, attention and awareness of the guy who delivers out gas - the excellent Wayne! Well done Avanti for employing Wayne!
