Several weeks waiting time for decking joists.

Click and collect doesn't really work, rather than tell you items aren't in stock, you find out when you try and collect. More like click and pick up a week later after a wasted journey.

Excellent service and communication, deal with absolute confidence.

Placed order for 4 X brown closeboard fence panels and 4 gravel boards after checking stock levels on line, saying in stock,received call saying none in stock ,only green panels, but would get from another branch in 4-5 days, waited another week , contacted branch who said we will get them from another branch, don't know if they forgot my order until I contacted them
Several days later I received s call saying being delivered in 20 mins, delivering my order to the side of my house as requested.
Would have given 5 stars if not for the above happening, not displeased with AVS, and would recommend them

Great selection of products which were still available following severely stormy weather. Very competitive prices. Delivery was personally confirmed by a member of the team followed by a call on the morning. Eta was given and arrival was surprisingly punctual! Delivery driver provided excellent friendly service.
