Once again, good quality treated fence posts from AVS. Delivery was as expected with kind help from the driver.

Delivery arrived as communicated by the Ian in the Sales Team. Nick the delivery driver was really friendly and accommodating. Will certainly be shopping here again.

Just a quick review to thank Tim Chalmers and the team at AVS Wokingham for handling an issue I had with my AVS order. Tim was brilliant at sorting it out and all the people I dealt with at AVS were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend AVS for peace of mind when things don’t go quite to plan.

In the interest of buying local I was disappointed that it took 2 weeks to deliver to an address 10 miles from the depot. Was a small delivery in my opinion could have been achieved sooner. ( Im a transport manager that achieves 800 plus deliveries a day for my customers - so ......)

Of the 10 sleepers I brought, 4 had black spray painted numbers all down one side. Given that these are normally for decorative purposes I had to re think how they were laid to avoid this showing.

The delivery driver however was very helpful and cheery.

Ordered stuff online then added to order by phone on the same day. Was promised whole order on 21st , part order was delivered on 13th when not expected.

Ordered through click & collect. Items in stock &sensibly priced. Received a personal email to advise my order was ready. Quick efficient service when I picked up. Honestly don’t know what they could do better.

The order was delivered on time and helpfully dropped by my side gate. Would use again AVS again if required.

Delivery guys helpful but lorry loaded loaded badly resulting in fence panel damage while trying to unload.
