I ordered a memory box for a baby shower I was going to and I was very impressed with the prompt delivery and was sent e mails advising me of the status of my order. It is a refreshing change to have such good customer service, many thanks

very fast delivery, great product
Very satisfied. Only issue we had was the packaging. It came in a box that said bowls and plates when product was a baby carrier. Almost sent it back without opening it. Great product and communication and very fast delivery though.

Nice product- what I wanted
Service was good and when stock was unavailable I was politely informed of the delay. However the delay extended beyond the extra time the original email stated and I had to chase the order myself.
