This is a company based in China, not Florida. I ordered a pair of shoes but backed out of the transaction because they wanted me to use PayPal. I found the link for another payment but after i reveiwed the transcation it was thru PayPal. I didn't give them authorization to change Paypal. And my account was charges immediately. The phone number listed didn't work so I sent an email cancalling order and reported it to my bank.
The company gives a false appearance of 1) honoring an easy exchange/return and 2) operating out of the U.S. by providing a fake address in Florida. The shoes seem to run 3 sizes small and I have no reasonable way to return these. My options were to pay the cost of the shoes to ship back to China or accept a 20% refund (that is never actually applied despite an agreement). I’m sorry to say that this is the first time I am rating a company a single star, but I hope this helps you not make the mistake of dealing with this company.
Bought shoes online with the idea in mind that I could return them if they didn't fit/weren't comfortable.
Turned out the shoes were being packet mailed from China. I think it took about 10 days for them to arrive.
When I wasn't happy with the shoes and asked for a refund, they told me it would cost the price of the shoes to send them back, and offered me a 20% refund.
One of the laces on one of the shoes had broke when I first put in on, and when I mentioned that in a follow up email, they did offer to replace those shoes for free, but I was looking to get a refund, which wasn't granted.
While in the middle of this process, I received an automated advertising email from the company that said:
"You have nothing to worry about! 👌”

That was NOT my experience!!! I put that in the email asking for a refund, but they didn't honor that.
I think the shoes weren't bad, but really don't want to be their customer after that!
