I’m quite upset that my wife’s Christmas present arrived in a branded box. Since she was the one to receive the package, she now knows exactly what I bought her. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to her opening it on the day. I highly suggest offering plain packaging for gift orders so this doesn't happen to other customers.

Product leaked in the box

The Rose Body Cream and Arnica are wonderful, but your International shipping service, DHL, is terrible. I signed the waiver for signature and the form asked me where I wanted the package left. I said front door, under the roof. They never came down the driveway and were leaving it balanced on top of the mailbox in the pouring raine and wind gusts up to 55mph! Not ok!

I ordered the advent calendar for my wife, unfortunately you did not deliver the item on time which is so so disappointing. I kept chasing you for updates and promised it would be delivered the next day, which it wasn't. really bad customer service, my wife received the calendar 5 days late.

The delivery & packaging were both excellent and I'm sure the products will be but as this is a gift, I will only be able to say once my daughter has opened and used them. But I'm sure they will be wonderful .

Very satisfactory

Item arrived in a well packed undamaged packing box. However the item looked like it had been opened, the display box was bent, grubby and ripped. So disappointed especially as this was purchased as a gift.

Called customer services to explain and was told thru would send a replacement - nothing has arrived as yet!!!
