Second time ordered something from Bamford. 7 days later told it was not in stock. This is becoming a very familiar story….

My last two orders were cancelled after several days due to unavailability. I would have thought the system would have known they were out of stock. In the case of my last order DPD seems to have returned it to you. Rather disappointed as I’ve always received excellent service from you before.

Excellent service. Great products . I was very impressed with the service as my parcel had an item missing which was a Christmas gift. I emailed them to tell them and asked for a refund for the item if it couldn’t be delivered for Christmas. I got a really quick reply and a refund which followed immediately. Brilliant service from a company selling really excellent products.
