Good product; good price; fast despatch. Let down by courier (DPD) who did not follow instructions and left parcel in a non-safe place in the rain.

Using DPD rather than evri.First delivery from yourselves the DPD van was too large for my drive so had to use my trusty wheel- barrow but the driver was helpful. My second was also with DPD and again the driver was helpful (the parcel59 kg lighter).

Purchased bird seed, 4 big bags. Phoned and asked as to whether it was messy and was advised to read the website information description, which I did. No where in the long description, does it mention in anyway or form regarding being messy, with grass seeds growing. Infact it doesn't even say it containd any grass seed! Why? ..... that's what the description is there for, to be honest and describe the product. I have 2 bags which I can't use due to the extent of the grass growing, there are loads and loads of grass seeds in the mix, unbelievable! I was offered no refund, part refund or even a percentage off another seed mix ..... now this is how to keep your customers!

The reply was: Our Original Wild Bird Seed Mix does contain a few ingredients that are considered grass seeds, including barley and yellow millet. These seeds are whole and still have their husks intact, which can result in some natural wastage.

For customers wishing to avoid this, we offer specific No Grow and No Mess mixes designed to minimise waste and prevent germination.

WHY WASN'T THIS ON THEIR DESCRIPTION! I am no expert in anyway knowing about different seeds.
