I have not made any claims or engaged a solicitor, I looked at your website and see you specialise in data breaches and car finance, I have not had any car finance or made any data breach claims or queries so your emails are out of the blue to me. I find it concerning you don’t say anything in your email about the nature of my claim but provide a link for identification documents- hallmarks of a scam!

Your emails should be claim updates or requests for additional information so we can continue progressing your claim. Without the latter, we will be unable to do so.

Barings Law are only interested in…
Barings Law are only interested in lining their own pockets. There customer service skills are non existent. I have emailed them asking for an update and no reply. I have phoned in asking for an update and no one is available. I then ask for a call back and guess what, no one returns your call. I would not recommend Barings Law to anyone. Their service is awful and as I said they are only interested in lining their own pockets. The firm is a joke

I received top quality professional…Data Breach Issues
I received top quality professional advice and information. I was hugely satisfied with the interaction, greatly reassured that in my eyes, there will be justice achieved with respect to the two data breaches by Google, and Microsoft. Which I was affected by. Filled in forms for data breach then gets 20 emails within minutes from this law firm how ironic so in getting hounded by gambling sites and now them blocked them

I am sorry to hear about your experience with our firm and the amount of emails you received from us.
Each claim you submit requires a conditional fee agreement to be sent to you and questionnaires for additional information also need to be submitted for each claim. I can see that you submitted 10 claims, which will explain the amount of emails you received from us - 2 emails per claim. 1 for the conditional fee agreement, the other with the questionnaire.
If you have not cancelled your claims, we do require you to be cooperative with us via our email communications as part of your agreement.
