Excellent Customer Care engagement
For some inexplicable reason this package took a little longer than usual to clear An Post IRISH CUSTOMS yet even though import duty and VAT had been paid in full a week before.
I suggest Base Formula use a different shipping firm.
And offer the customer an alternative to An Post.
Sometimes time can be more than money
The silver lining is that Base Formula have a great customer care process and remained engaged with the customer until the delay was resolved today 4th Feb.
Well done and thank you

Great, reliable products for my massage business.
I've been buying the pre blended aromatherapy massage oils for over a year to use in my massage business - recommended by my tutor.
My clients love the choice of blends and aromas. The bottles are neat and easy to keep clean and I purchased pumps for greater ease.
Buying is easy, delivery is always quick and the products are always safely packaged.
Highly recommend!
