Excellent service throughout
I needed a shower mixer bar and had chosen the one I wanted and tried to order from a different supplier only to find they had no stock. I then searched Bathroom Supplies and found the item and listed with 20+ in stock. I ordered late on a friday afternoon. My plumber was due on the following Wednesday so I rang and asked if I might have it by the Tuesday. I was told by a very helpful and understanding guy that it should be possible. It was marked despatched on the Monday morning and was allocated a one hour time slot on the Tuesday. It duly arrived on time. This is excellent service and I would highly recommend this company.

A great website with a wide selection…
A great website with a wide selection of products, at great prices.
We had been let down by another company. I received a recommendation from a colleague of mine to use BSO, and I wished I had used them in the beginning. Contacted them to check on stock, they were quick to answer and extremely helpful. Ordered the unit, which was really easy to do. Would like to thank Brad for great customer service and for coming back to me so promptly. Extremely helpful. I will definitely be using your company again.

Good price and quick delivery
Finally found the right loo seat! Our bathroom was completed before our time and the loo seat was very specific. Bathroom Supplies Online had the exact match and at a good price too, so we bought 2 to future proof our bathroom.

Brilliant Service!
Brilliant service! I ordered a bath and feet online, the following day I received an e-mail which advised me that the specific steel bath had a lead time of 4 weeks and was this OK? I asked if they had something similar in stock and they confirmed that they did and it would be delivered in a few days. Great customer service, they kept me informed and made me aware, plus I benefited from a refund as the bath I ended up buying was slightly cheaper, again processed without hassle. Bath arrived and was perfect and very well made! Great customer service, great delivery, great product, happy customer, would recommend.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that DPD failed to deliver on the two promised dates, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
We are pleased to hear that the toilet seat was perfect once it arrived. We will pass your feedback on to the courier, as this is not the standard of service we expect for our customers.
Kind Regards
Kris
