Excellent service all round
This is the first time I have bought over the internet and felt like I was getting a personalised customer service from an actual human being. I was contacted on time by email with an invite to request a delivery date, which I replied to. The item was delivered on the morning of the date requested, allowing my plumber to get straight on with the job. I was kept fully updated by the company and the delivery agent. I was always given the name of the person dealing with each stage of the purchasing process. Again, this was a first and made for a very refreshing buying experience. Why can’t all companies be like this?!

First class web site and service - good prices too.
The web site works really well, everything nice and clear. Unusually, the chat facility connects you to a human and all my questions got answered quickly and accurately. Once I'd placed my order I had various email interactions regarding deliveries and needed to change a couple of items to meet our deadline - all done quickly and efficiently. Delivery arrived on the arranged date. Can't fault anything.

Delivery Costs were expensive
Delivery Costs were expensive, but arrived within a couple of days.
The Unit was very easy to install into the bathroon sink. The quality is very good and looks very modern.
