Good price, let down a bit by their delivery courier who delivered it a day late - but good experience overall and would re-use / recommend to others.

Prompt delivery of a Yuasa leisure battery for a motorhome. Very well packaged. Priced below other suppliers.

Great service... Click and Collect within 1/2 hour... checked the old battery, was recommended to change ( but i knew that when the car wouldn't start)and took the old battery for recycling.

Conscious that my existing battery was labouring on cold start ups, I found BMS Technologies online and identified a selection of replacements. Ordered on Monday evening, arrived first thing Wed morning.

I spoke to Victoria to confirm my battery compatabilty, and ordered it at 1200. It arrived in Dorset 23 hours later on New Years eve ! You can't ask for better service than that, thank you.

Ordered a battery using their website, but wrong battery was shown for my car. I replied to the E-mail they sent, but never got a reply after chasing twice. I called up to be belittled by someone called Victoria who was clearly in a bad mood, telling me it was my fault for sending to an old E-mail address that they don't monitor. I replied to the E-mail they sent me with my order number. Where else was I supposed to reply to?

A smaller and cheaper battery was sent out. 10 days later I hadn't received any refund for the difference in price between the batteries, so I E-mailed Victoria to ask about my refund. The reply I received from her was
"I can see the replacement was delivered 22nd December at 11:51. I can't remember discussing a refund?"

Used to be a good company. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Review update following response from BMS Technologies:

Apparently I have to pay twice for shipping costs due to the BMS website providing the wrong battery type for my car registration? Please read other reviews, this has happened to other people.

The incorrect Type 110 battery cost £89.46.
The correct Type 096 battery cost £85.23.
If the £4.23 difference is not refunded, I will reach out to my credit card company for them to get my money back.

Congratulations, you have now upgraded this from an online complaint to an in person one. I will be telling anybody who will listen to me in the pub tonight for New Year's Eve how awful this experience has been and to avoid your company. Ordered the battery Tuesday 23th December afternoon and was delivered Wednesday 24th 09.30 morning. Excellent service. Thank you, Will always come back to you if and when needed.

Purchased a battery summer 2022 unfortunately it failed this winter. David helped me through the warranty process and was able to sort me an upgraded replacement which was posted out to me next day. Highly recommended.

Ordered online and collected within 5 minutes hassle free and nearly 1/2 price of local suppliers.

Great customer service used over many years

BMS guys were very helpful with advices on choosing the right Bosch battery and it was delivered as promised on time. The battery was reasonably priced as well. Very happy with the buy.

Callum at BMS is a "Top Man"! Great warranty process supported by the fastest email replier of any company I have dealt with. Excellent.

Have used BMS a few times now, they have become my 'go to' for replacement batteries. I made a rookie error with my latest order, but one simple call on a Monday morning and Victoria had everything speedily arranged for their courier to perform a rapid 'swap-over'. Great follow-up to double confirm all details and the exact Courier schedule. This was wonderful Customer Service. Will be continuing to use and recommend BMS going forward!!
