Callum was very helpful, sorted my issue out and replied to emails very quickly answering all my questions.

After being let down by another supplier I spoke with Callum on Friday afternoon. He took my order and immediately sent the two batteries I needed urgently. They both arrived well packed on Monday morning. Thank you to the Callum and the team at BMS.

will buy again- good price with helpful and accurate when they would be able to have some japanese style batteries in stock than the usual wait until what turns up on next months bulk delivery

Callum Davis has given me great service again today when researching and identifying the correct stop/start car battery my neighbour needed.

Callum's professionalism and attention to detail has been appreciated previously on several occasions in the past couple of years when I sourced replacement batteries for my Bentley Arnage, Renault Master van & Fiat Panda. Callum & BMS Technologies are my first choice to contact when a battery is required.

Had an issue with a faulty product, which of course was frustrating. However I was able to get through to a very helpful man named Callum immediately with almost non wait time and he was extremely polite and helpful and resolved my issue.

Battery was sent nice and quick in March. Less than 6 months later having issues with it. Went away for a week and came back to dead battery. Breakdown recovery came out and they confirmed faulty battery. Their message to me was...

The voltage of 13.88 is the output of your alternator and should be between 13.5 and 14.5v. So although yours is low it should be sufficient

I contacted BMS and surprise surprise they won't send a replacement even though it has something like a 3 year warranty.

BMS response was... Sorry, we've had a bit of a tech backlog, so I've been waiting for them to have a spare moment. They have said that the charging parameter for the battery state it should be 14.2-14.4, so unfortunately the battery is being consistently undercharged which would cause a performance decline.

Funny road recovery saying one thing and BMS saying something different.

Very disappointed and will never use them again. Stay clear as if anything goes wrong you won't get a replacement.

Very impressed with the level of service. When my battery failed after a few months, Kieran handled everything efficiently and ensured a replacement was delivered the next day. Great customer care and follow-up.

Order was promised today. Due to their error, it was not shipped. I called. They have now realised their mistake and shipped my order for delivery tomorrow, but I’ve explained that this has caused me a massive problem. They have flatly refused to refund the carriage charges for the late delivery caused by their error. I’ll not use them again. I have used them many times over the years. Shockingly poor customer service.

I ordered a lithium-ion battery from Battery Megastore and it arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent and it’s been performing really well. Customer service was quick to answer my questions and the delivery was faster than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need more gear.

Came across this company that supply victron units. Spent an awful lot of money on the latest equipment delivery arrived not the full delivery then it took some time to get the various parts I needed when it all arrived people were saying I didn't need the equipment in the first place cables were not correct everything is still in the box not being used four months later and the after sales is terrible. Still waiting a month later for a email if they can recommend any victron installers no email has arrived

Brought inverter in their ebay store very slow to turn up but when it did it was faulty. Company put me through to there technical team who asked for it to be posted back but at my cost £18. They tested it and stated correct faulty and had it approved from victron to replace it. Broken promise after broken promise they are going to sort this out and send me the replacement but nothing still waiting. Avoid this company as they had rubbish customer service which if your order is fine then understand 5* but you just need to look at all the negative reviews of how bad they are when things go wrong. I will never use this company again.

Its a shame with your update that you respond better to negative reviews than trying to sort out with your customer direct. I appreciate things do go wrong sometimes but the lack of contact from you still makes my review valid. Had I not continously chased over weeks for update I would have heard nothing so use this company at your own risk

Renault in Gloucester tried to scam me (twice) by wanting to charge nearly £400 for a battery. I went to Battery Mega Store and bought a far better Bosch that 100% matched the codes from Renault. 2nd scam from Renault was "the battery doesn't fit" - so Renault are deliberately misleading customers to buy their massively overpriced one. Back to BMS, who then rematched the battery and even refunded the difference. Kieran & Bryannah went above and beyond to help me - been a long time since I've had service anywhere near as good. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars!

I needed a Leisure Battery for my campervan. Thank you Keiran for your excellent help. Greatly appreciated as you took the time to find the best option & I received it the very next day. All now fitted & working well. Great service. Great price & nothing too much trouble.

Bought a battery 4y 9m ago and it failed. 5y warranty and I completed an on-line enquiry, got a prompt email response and a claim form with clear instructions. I had the battery tested free of charge at Halfords and sent the test result plus proof of purchase and the claim form to KIERAN who approved my claim. A replacement battery arrived next day!

I have purchased quite a few batteries from them for my vehicles and family vehicles. Customer service is the best you can get and any technical advise if any issues is superb. I dealt with Kieran and his response was amazing. We would definitely be purchasing again from them and have already and will be recommending them to others.

Had a size issue with a car battery i ordered online, anxious at first, but Callum listened patiently and Kindly helped to resolve the problem... Working in a customer service sector myself as a manager.... Callum was truly magnificent in his promptness and kindness towards resolving a problem - this level of service was just brilliant.
