Diane Dolman is brilliant

Diane Dolman is brilliant, has sorted all my upgrades for years and at great prices and delivered all over the country. I know she has been in the role for years but always totally dedicated and nothing is ever to much.

Problem solved, no issues

Melissa booked me in to solve a non urgent issue, phoned me and resolved it remotely, waiting to check issue was solved. She was friendly, professional and efficient, than you very much!

Do not use this company

Terrible company, I would encourage you to go elsewhere.

We moved our phone system and call recordings to this outfit 18 months ago as they were also managing our IT (due to them buying out our existing IT company).

As well as the most awful service from poorly trained staff, they have twice deleted our call recordings which we require as part of our regulations. Once could just about be forgiven but twice is not acceptable.

We will now be pursuing legal action against this company for damages, they are incompetent and should not be allowed to look after 3rd party data.

100% avoid.

Jason was amazing

Jason was amazing. He has set up all my team with shared drives directly on our devices without having to manually link up to the cloud each time.

He has also wiped and help me rebuild a laptop for a different employee with all our applications and logins so they can instantly use their device.

Communication throughout the whole process was spot on.

BDR. Are a very special company, they pride themselves in not doing whats been ask for by the client, they provided my company with phone telecoms at first, we then required an internet facility, via their special router, which never worked. Wanted over £200.00 In monies to come out and fix it. We said no thanks. For a communications company absolutely terrible. As you will read in these reviews under 1 star.

Followed by you signed a 3 year contact (beware of signing any contact with this organisation) If your not happy with the service why pay any money.
There is only one way to deal with companies like this. And that`s the small claims court. CCJ, (A County Court Judgment) We did not get that far, as the court mediation department, resolved our problems, the contract was lifted,nothing to pay and we were paid our monies back for equipment that-never worked. Without a doubt this is a sharp practice company, stay right away.
And remember its easy to file a CCJ and you can claim up to £10,000 pounds. Take some time out and research what you can do with companies such as this.

Unreliable hardware

Unreliable hardware, difficult to get in touch with, take months to sort technical issues, when trying to cancel they hide behind ambiguous contract terms (even when they've breached the terms themselves). Will not be renewing, when I can eventually leave.

Really impressed

Been really impressed with how BDR have dealt with our IT and telephony this year. They listened to our requirements and put in place a solution where we have seen really good response times. My staff are moaning at me a lot less about IT issues which is great. The people dealing with our issues seem to know what they are doing which is also vital. Have to give a shout-out to our account manager who not only is an all-round good guy but always done his best when issues have come up. Thank you.

Philip is always EXTREMELY quick and efficient at resolving issues, and he's polite too !

Every time I call in with an issue

Every time I call in with an issue, urgent of course ; )- it is always solved very quickly and painlessly. BIG shout out to Phillip Fielding as I think all bar one time he's been the angel to fix everything that I have presented over the past couple of years. THANK YOU PHILLIP ! - I appreciate your ongoing patience with me : )

Fantastic customer service - 10 out of 10!

Diane and the mobile team have been fantastic!
The process of setting up a new contract has been simple and easy. - A job that we have been putting off for so long, because of the time I thought it would take, has taken no time at all!.

All questions that I had were answered before I could ask them. Contacting the team is easy, there is no waiting for a response, it has been almost instant! Customer service is priority for the team.

Overall just a great company to do business with! :D
