Excellent service received from Phil Fielding who reacted at short notice to assist with arranging the necessary systems access for a new starter. I have always found Phil to be very helpful and willing to go the extra mile in the provision of customer support to the business, so I wanted to take the opportunity to post a review in recognition of his efforts.

Phillip Fielding is the backbone of my sanity. He understands what I need, even when I lack the knowledge/experience to use the correct terms for explaining. He is conscientious and is a credit to BDR group.

BDR have been great to work with when it comes to account management and technical support from 2nd/3rd line

They know our account well and have been supporting us for many years since the acquisition of the initial supplier.

Diane Dolman and the mobile team at BDR have been nothing short of brilliant whilst looking after our mobiles and landlines. I have leant on their knowledge and experience several times and they have always found a quick and cost effective solution. I would recommend engaging with them for any of your communication needs.

We've had a longstanding relationship with BDR, I have dealt personally with Diane Dolman for nearly 10 years. Diane is always exceptionally responsive, nothing is ever too much trouble and I am never waiting for a reply! In the events Di is off, the mobile team always pick up the enquiries equally as fast. Great to have a company to deal with who you trust!

We have had the most awful experience with this company. Ever since BDR acquired the company who looked after our IT we have had issues.

As a regulated company we are required to record all our calls and keep these for a minimum of six years. BDR deleted all calls from one of our employers at the start of the year which has caused us huge issues. Recently BDR failed to commence call recordings of a new employee for a month which again has caused us huge compliance issues.

They have now threatened us with legal action as we are migrating our services to a more reliable and reputable company.

From our experience i would recommend you avoid this company.

We have been with BDR for many years now and for the last few have had Diane Dolman as our primary contact. Nothing we ask is ever too much trouble for her, and is dealt with quickly. She is always supportive, friendly and cheerful. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Diane Dolman deals with us as a group of companies and handles everything, she's great as well as the mobile team. Very fast and responsive and action everything we need!
