First time customer, and nicely surprised
I ordered some specialist foundation products from House of Fraser who took my money then emailed me to say they were not available, but did not return my money for quite a long time. And there was no way to contact them either - no number, and online customer service contact did not work . Out of desperation I tried Beautycos which I never used before. Their price was 20% cheaper than House of Fraser so thought might be a scam. However once order confirmed beautycos emailed a tracking number, and the goods arrived in 3 days (ahead of the promised 7days). A small imperfection was the packaging - not padded well enough so stuff must have moved in the courier box during the journey and two out of three foundation bottles had slipped out of their paper box when I got them.
But the overall a very happy customer that after all the hassles I have what I need.

We always try our best to pack mindfully to assure we do not have any wasted resources as we want to take care of our planet as much as possible. Therefore the packing paper is recycled and recyclable among other things.
It is always a fine balance to ensure the products are well protected and not using too much paper. I have forwarded the experience you have had to our packing manager as a reminder to be more mindful about products that might move more around in the box.

Avoid at all costs. Yet another company charging for shipping and not actually shipping.
Yet another company using Parcel force as their deliverers.
Beauty Cos charges (quite a lot) for shipping , yet makes no attempt to deliver your item via Parcel Force : no card of attempted delivery , just an address miles away to collect your item despite the fact you literally PAY TO HAVE IT DELIVERED to your home. Its now impossible for me to get my item as I dont have the card they said they attempted delivery with and I have no reply from BeautyCos, Avoid this company at all costs

Quick delivery - easy to use website, love the oil which I bought. It’s amazing for my sensitive skin. I mainly use it on my arms. Have purchased before from Beautycos. Last one I bought lasted almost 10 months. Although it’s expensive it is worth paying for great quality and excellent service. Thanks.

No customer service
I ordered several eyeshadows earlier this year and when they were delivered the parcel was damaged. I have a video doorbell and was recorded saying to the driver 'this is a bit battered!' I wrote to Beauty Cos to ask for a refund and they asked me for photos. I sent them a photo of the smashed eyeshadow and also the video. I never heard of them again. Unfortunately I have lost the chain of emails so not so easy to follow up. Not impressed by their customer service. Since I have written this review Beauty Cos have been in touch (Having seen this review), they have apologised and have refunded me in full. I know things do slip through the net and this is what seems to have happened here so well done Beauty Cos! They have been very helpful and attentive since they have heard about this so well done Beauty Cos

I can’t order from here
I can’t order from here. First website I’ve ever seen that refuses an address with no house number. Our house has a name and no number, many UK addresses are like this. Really wanted to order even with the £8.99 shipping but physically can’t it refuses my legitimate address and says I NEED to enter a house number. Never seen this issue before on any other website.

I have talked with our IT-department and they are currently working on validating the address a different way to accommodate for the addresses which doesn't have a number like yours. Unfortunately I do not have an estimate but it should be fixed within the near future, hopefully this week.
We hope you will retry to place the order after some time has passed, or you are naturally welcome to contact us if you want to know if it has been fixed before you try.

Took a while to arrive and was packaged in a massive box for a really small item. However, it was the only place I could find what I wanted and I’m very happy about it!

easy to order
easy to order, arrived in good time, the packaging had been practically destroyed by courier, but the bottle was still intact. Change courier or perhaps pack product a bit better, the product was in a glass bottle.

I can see you have sent us an email 18/5. This is a saturday and our customer service is closed during the weekend. Monday 20/5 is a national holiday so our customer service was closed, which is why you couldn't reach us on the phone. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
I can see my collague has replied your email and started a case with the shipping company. I can assure you that we will find a solution as quickly as possible. We have a signed package list from the shipping company, so they picked it up 13/5 from our warehouse and it seems like it might be lost in their hands. They will send a person to manually look through their terminals to see if it has fallen off one of their conveyer belts, which is why the search can take up to 10 business days, as my colleague has informed you in their reply.
