My experience is great
My experience is great. My orders were as expected and the delivery went smoothly. I was informed with mail. One tricky part was with navigating the website the track your order link takes you to.

Postage very expensive. Good customer service.
Postage very expensive - apparently comes from Denmark. This can negate the savings on the lower product prices, so check before you buy.
There was an issue with delivery - product damaged - but customer services sorted this out promptly and efficiently.

Fast shipping
I have coarse hair & found a specific Turkish matt wax that works great. It's been harder to get over the years, especially in the UK.
Took a chance with this company and my box of hair wax arrived at my door within a week!

I am happy with Beautycos, I have been ordering from this company for many years. Great selection of products you cannot find anywhere else. The process from ordering to delivery is easy and straightforward. The products arrived quickly and efficiently. The fact that the products come from a company abroad justify the most recent extra charges for delivery.

This is my first experience of ordering from Beautycos. Everything went very smoothly and I was kept very well informed about the progress of my order. It arrived exactly on time and it was very nicely packaged, in perfect condition.
Beauticos also included a nice Dior gift bag. Excellent service and price point.
