I've been ordering from this brilliant company for over 20 years now and have always been happy with the lovely products, wonderful customer service and quick delivery, there is a great range of high quality products available with natural ingredients that don't contain Parabens or perfume and best of all nothing is tested on animals. I've tried lots of their different products which are all good but my absolute favourite is the Martha Hill range which is definitely as good if not better than the more expensive brands I've tried and really nourishes my dry sensitive skin. The yearly membership is well worth getting as you can nominate a product of your choice which you get for half price every time you order plus 10% off all other products so it soon pays for itself, my nominated product is the Evening Primrose Nourishing cream which is super rich and great for night time though with my skin being so dry I use it daily and under make up too as I like a more dewy look, other fave's are the Evening primrose cleansing lotion and the Blackcurrant face mask, I'm 70 now but still get compliments on my skin which I'm sure is down to the Martha Hill cream, lotion and creamy Blackcurrant Mask. I was super impressed with the customer service today as I had rang to place an order but after being on hold a while I decided to ring later, not long after I got a call from Damien who apologised that he wasn't able to take my call, just amazing customer service that you don't find very often these days.

I've been a customer on and off for quite a few years now and never had cause to complain. The Web site is easy to use and the quality of the merchandise is always of a high standard . A good selection of gift items too which has been very helpful for family and friends .
