I have been buying from Beauty Naturals for years, and am delighted with their products and their customer service. On the odd occasion there has been a problem they have dealt with it efficiently and smoothly. My only negative comment is that when they started their products had no animal ingredients, (ie by products of the abbattoir) and that has now changed, so if it is important to you to be animal friendly you need to check the ingredients yourself. The products are not flagged up to be vegetarian/vegan. This is a great shame.

Always a brilliant experience with Beauty Naturals. I’ve been buying here for 20 years or more, and I love their products. As my skin has aged, I’ve developed psoriasis and my face is extremely dry. The David Hill Rich Night Cream is the most wonderful cream for dry, aging skin and always makes my face feel supple and comfortable - couldn’t do without it! Also love the Evening Primrose Cleanser and the eye make up remover. These staples are simple and natural, but are all I need and the price is very reasonable compared to some high end stuff where you pay for Brand Names. I highly recommend Beauty Naturals. The customer service is excellent too. I asked about psoriasis on my scalp which was severe and was recommended a shampoo that has been brilliant. A bit expensive but well worth the money for a pain free scalp!

I have been using Martha Hill for many years now. The range of good products is great. That the products are naturally based works for me and most importantly they work on my skin, it reacts badly to many common ingredients in skincare products.
Delivery is always prompt with good communication.

Always have a good selection of natural products at competitive prices and an easy to use website. I still like it that you send out a brochure in the post though. It really helps me choose the products first before I buy online!

I've used Beauty Naturals products for years now. I especially love the Martha Hill skincare sets, eg Evening Primrose and Honey for dry skin, and Mimosa Cleansing lotion, they're beautifully rich and gentle on the skin and smell divine. Beauty Naturals products are made with pure, wholesome ingredients and are very reasonably priced considering their high quality. I highly recommend them.

The staff are attentive and friendly: nothing is too much trouble if you have a query or need help. The products are first class without being over priced. I especially love the Martha Hill products because they are not over perfumed, and I know they are made with the best natural ingredients.

I've nothing but praise for Beauty Naturals. Their products fulfil my wish to use "cruelty free" as much as I possibly can, with a large and varied range to choose from. Delivery is always prompt and the packaging excellent with never any leaks or spillages. If an item has become out of stock twixt ordering and despatch, someone will telephone me to check on my preference for an alternative - a personal touch which is much appreciated. I've been a happy customer for some time now and will happily continue to be one.
